I have only been to this Store a handful of times over the last year, made probably 3 purchases at most. The last time i was there I purchased a clear plastic organizer for my sewing table, found one that was carefully taped, I thought to prevent damage as those clear acrylic ones tend to crack easily. WELL that was not the case, the item had been taped carefully because it was already broken and was taped together to be placed back on the floor for sale. Took it back to the Store and spoke with a Manager and was told this probably was in isolated incident and that the staff would be spoken to. Fast forward 3 months .. I was there to pick up a storage bin and jewelry organizer. I had purchased one over the weekend at a different store and wanted a 2nd one. I found one in the Clearance area, taped (like the last item I had issue with) didnt really look like there way anything wrong with it, but when I got it home and pulled the tape off, the entire bottom fell off, it had been taped together to not show the damage.

I am not sure why this Store would place items that were clearly defective back on the sales floor to be sold to unsuspecting consumers. My advice to anyone willing to shop at this store, have the cashier remove any tape before you purchase to ensure that the item is not damaged beyond repair or you WILL be making a 2nd trip to get that fake apology from Store Management and assurance that this is just an...

I went to this Marshalls of Buena Park to return some shoes I just brought them haven’t been a hour took the shoes back to Marshalls Buena Park the shoes were only 29.00 dollars these people treat me as if I was a criminal I shop at marshals all the time and then you have this female with this pink hair trying to harass me and be racist towards me and I called the district manager Delmy no answer still waiting for the call I called the store to ask for the manager Anissa pretending to be a manager never push this issue up to the correct authorities this place is a horrible place to shop at it’s supposed to be therapeutic when your shopping but instead you’re getting harassed and told not to shop here no more what kind of establishment is this something has to be done about this and I won’t stop until it’s resolved my next step is a...

Normally I do all my shopping at Marshall's. Today I took 1/2 day off, brought $5,000.00 to do all my Christmas shopping as well as pick up a few pieces of furniture I have wanted. The minute I walked in with my small service dog I was told they no longer except dogs in the store unless they are service animals. Despite all the visible tags saying service animal, I had to point it out. Then I was told they can't be in the cart....Eff, really!!! First of all I always put a blanket down for him to sit on so he is not comtaminated by the kids with diapers that sit there. And Marshalls does not serve food so I was offended and put out of the holiday mood. My dog is allowed in hospitals where germs are very serious.... really Marshalls can't handle a little dog???
