Been there a few times since they have opened and they haven’t been very friendly. Tonight my boyfriend and I went there to get concretes and the one I ordered had Oreos in it instead of brownies (I ordered brownies in mine) I even had my boyfriend try it to make sure. We went back and let them know it was wrong and just asked to get the correct one. They took the wrong one from us and 3-4 staff stood around and looked at it like I made something up. My boyfriend told them we wouldn’t have even brought it back if it wasn’t wrong, they made us feel like we shouldn’t have done that. We were polite and even walked through the receipt with them. Then I’m assuming the manager walks up with another and says “I watched her make this … it’s the same as the first one”and shuts the window on us while the rest of the staff just stares out the window at us. Like why are you even trying to argue? Why even be like this? Mistakes happen, it wasn’t the end of the world, it just wasn’t what we ordered so we just asked for what we ordered. She was so rude. Read moreI used to come here every single day for many months and everything was really great, but suddenly the quality of the concrete mixers went south. I don’t know what happened and inquiring about it leads to anger and hostility against me. The butter burgers are fine, but if you are going to get a concrete mixer, it will be very runny and over mixed. I believe that there was a major change in staff which is why I’m being treated so poorly despite coming here every single day for months. So printed and asked for a rush on the order. 5 minutes later, went back up to counter. Our 2 value baskets were given to us 3 minutes later. Was supposed to be a hamburger, a cheeseburger and 2 fries. Received 2 cheeseburgers. Went back up to talk to manager.
