I've been here twice and both times I've had an issue. I am a driver, so I passed several Taco Bell's before I chose to take a break & give this 1 another chance. I have no idea why they think customers pay $6 for dough, not TACOS but dough because they didn't put anything in them. They're so flat, NO ingredients can be seen from the top or sides. I've had 1 🥞 thicker than these tacos. I will never understand what the deal is. I know 1 customer doesn't matter these days but I suppose I'd have a little more pride in what I sent out that drive up window. My first visit, several months ago, consisted of them putting so much cheese on my Mexican pizza it wouldn't melt, caused it to be cold and she gave me a "diet" Mt. Dew, when I ordered regular. She assured me she put in regular, but my receipt said "diet" after looking at it. Lesson learned, STOP at 1 of the other Taco Bells. She did fix the pizza & drink, no problem, but I still am on a break (driving a company car with logo) & don't have time for re-makes every visit!! Yesterday's TACOS 🌯 from the TB in Geist was FABULOUS...these were FRUMPY unfortunately 😕
**Update after comment from T.B. I forgot to upload the pics I took that night of the trash & my hollow taco. Considering I'M A DELIVERY DRIVER for a pharmacy!! I am constantly in the weather elements (rain, wind, sunshine). I agree, it was a couple bags but it would've only took all of 3mins to run out and pick up. The parking lot, trash, etc speaks volumes to customers. They will choose another restaurant instead of maybe coming to YOUR TACO BELL, which does have an impact on the community of Daleville. It's employment opportunities, convenient, revenue and the people traveling through who need REFUELING to continue safely while traveling. I live in a community where a White Castle went out of business, because of their QUALITY. In fact, I did a review on here about that particular White Castle, so seeing them go was not a surprise. Here's a picture of the tacos I received that night. I would've liked to have the QUALITY of food 🌯 that was sent out the drive up window mentioned. However, I get without actually seeing what I received, that could've been difficult. I hope my review along with the updated images are helpful. "Sorry seems to be the hardest word"...
Read moreThe quality of service depends heavily on who is working there. They used to always be good, but the last two times, they got my order wrong. The last time they got more than half of my items wrong--instead of a burrito Supreme, taco supreme, crunchwrap Supreme, gordita crunch, and beefy Nacho griller, I got a gordita crunch, a fresco burrito, and 4 regular tacos. The food is always good, but make sure you actually get what you paid for!
Update: this has now been happening for several months. Every time lately, I've had at least one item I paid for on my receipt that wasn't in my bag. I don't know how hard it is to just read down a list of items and make sure they're all in the bag, but apparently the employees at this location just can't do it. I'm never coming back to this location. I'm tired of paying for food and not getting it. They used to be good. They really did....
Read moreI would leave 0 stars if possible. This Taco Bell has the worst store manager I have ever met. He disrespected me and my husband worse than I have ever been treated by any fast food employee much less a store manager. He refused us business because we drive a truck and couldn’t pay online yet could take cash from all other customers. Him and his staff laughed and mocked me while I stood outside the drive through window in below freezing temperatures after delivering hours. He refused to give any name for me to be able to contact corporate and repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to contact a manager at the location. Until corporate takes action against this store manager ( which I am now waiting for the district manager to contact me back) I would not spend your money at...
