Wilson Furniture — Local services in Daleville

My husband and I can't speak highly enough of the excellent customer service and quality products we found at Wilson Furniture recently. We ordered six dining room chairs in early March 2021 because we wanted some lumbar support for our starting-to-age backs. (Its amazing how comfortable their slanted-angle backs make their chairs!) But probably due to the pandemic, Jake Wilson warned us it would take several months to have the chairs built and delivered. When we called them later around mid May to ask about the order's progress, they told us it would still be several more weeks, but that they would loan us some similar chairs they had in stock until our custom chairs came in. Wow- we were very impressed with this kind offer! They delivered the six loaner chairs to us a few days later. And we couldn't be happier with our final chair delivery in early August. The chairs are SO comfortable, and they are attractive and strong as well. While at first glance Wilson's might seem a bit expensive, once we compared the actual same quality to several other stores, we found it to be the same price. We are in our late 50's and were looking for quality furniture, not cheapo stuff. All in all, we are thrilled with our Wilson Furniture experience!

Incidentally, we are not related or personal friends with anyone at this company, as I suspect sometimes happens on review sites. We are simply grateful customers wanting other people to hear about it when small businesses exceed expectations. :)

We have looked at so called Amish furniture at several other stores all over Indiana, and I can tell you that quality varies a lot between them. We truly believe that Wilson's had the best quality that we could find. The pricing was fair for the quality represented. Barry was a pleasure to work with. We've bought furniture here for years. Every room in our house involves a purchase from Wilson's Furniture. We spotted their store on our way to family near Dunkirk, IN. We stopped to take a look and made our 1st purchase in 2007. We were impressed with their selection of furniture, salesmanship, and product knowledge. Good quality. Good products. Great...
