Service by new employees is HORRIBLE !!! I’ve been coming here for years but i won’t be coming back . I called at 9:15 to place a order . The white girl at the front answers the phone like a automated message talking bout they not taking orders because they bout to close. you had well over 30 minutes before you closed so you could have taken my order at 9:17 so I could have just came to pick it up after I got out of church like i wanted to. I drive all the over here and she told me they stop taking orders at 9:45 but I made it there at 9:35..when I said “but it’s 9:35” she gave this blank stare and said “we’re closed” and walked away. The white girl up there is very rude and I don’t like her.I ignore the fact that it smells like a whole sewer in there but since y’all want to act like you doing stuff by the book I’ll make sure I call Osha first thing in the morning so they can get y’all together .. there’s no reason for you to not take orders over the phone when it’s almost a hour BEFORE closing . I miss the old America’s Best Wings before the restaurant was stank and before employees had stank attitude. I hope there is another one around here because I won’t be back. You should always strive to make the customer happy ESPECIALLY if it’s 30+ minutes before you close. Obviously she was ready to go home and I obviously don’t care . Read moreTo start the service was completed awful! The guy at the register would prefer to be on his phone and not care about the people coming in and giving our money to get him paid. He rushed me through my order and when somebody came in to get a pick up order he was rude to them and even said “well your talking low so I couldn’t hear you”. Very uncalled for. The drink station had maybe 4 drink options and was very dirty and not cleaned. I had the middle cabinet fall on me while standing there. Now for the food, my wings very salty and my fries were undercooked to say the least. I’m only leaving this review for management because when I asked they said nobody could help me. I think as a agm of my own food service restaurant you need to get rid of the cashier and get somebody that actually cares for your business because he is not helping your sales. Read moreI should’ve known, when the cashier asked me if I wanted banana peppers and jalapeños on my Philly. It was almost impossible to eat the sandwich. It came out with yellow cheese, which I’ve never seen on a Philly in 31 years. I tried to pick it up and the sandwich was so stuffed and greasy there was a pool of (grease, juice and mayo) what I’m the styrofoam plate.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve never seen a Philly with tomatoes, and lettuce. When I looked at my receipt it lists items that don’t come in a traditional Philly at all. This was definitely a learning experience. So consider this a lesson learned.
My only recommendation is to look at the recipe online and tell them what you want on it before they make it, because this ain’t it. I’ve never been to a place where they ask what ingredients you don’t want instead of just giving you the order how it shows in the photo. Maybe she was new.. who knows... won’t be...
