𝗗𝗼 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗚𝗼 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 to This location. Save yourself the trouble and disrespect. I hardley ever write reviews, but I'm honestly suprised even by reading other reviews, that this establishment/location is still in business and I feel I need to warn people.
This establishment's customer service is abyssmal and deceptive. And their Managers are terrible. It is very clear, they do Not care about their customers.
Please read below to understand,
I ordered a simple meal for my son and I (the Duo deal-2 chicken fries and a free fry in my app). The cashier told me they had another deal going on- I could pay a dollar 80 more and -in addition to my meal, I could get some mozzarella sticks, so I was like, "sure! Why not?"
I asked for some Zesty sauce and ranch, but no shake because apparently their machine was 'down', No problem on my end. (aside from the constant glares I was getting since I walked in).
I hopped in the car ready to leave, when I noticed my fries where not in the bag.
I went inside to respectfully express that they made an error on my order and was given absolute disrespect.
Every one of them had an attitude–
But the Manager, Lillian– was the Worst of them all.
She was eyeing me the first time I walked in and she saw me order fries, but acted so rude, dismissive and completely oblivious to my complaint. I expressed to her respectfully that the cashier did not inform me that she would be removing the fries off my meal and that those were my son's request for his meal. It was clear there was some mis-understanding and misinformation given to me. Instead of achknowledging the blunder and making things right,
This lady flat out ignored me for several minutes. I stood there calm but confused, I once again expressed to her that her cashier told me the wrong information and that I should have some fries with my meal.
Instead of correcting her cashier and making things right, She told me -
"This is your meal." "Your meal is Complete".
And then proceeded to dismiss me for several more minutes.
I went into the car and drove off,
That's when I noticed the cashier didn’t even give me the Zesty sauce I asked for. When I asked for the sauce, she ignored the request, acted like she was grabbing it, and instead threw marinara in the bag.
I am appalled at this behavior. This was terribly unprofessional and it makes me not want to eat from a Burger King establishment ever again.
I am Sure I am not the only customer they have treated this way.

I went inside to order, there was absolutely no customers inside or in the drive thru a friend and myself were the only customers. Apparently one of the managers has there cell phone stolen by two of the female workers friends that were hanging out and apparently there managers just allow not employees to go behind the counter and help themselves into the managers office where the safe and confidential information is kept and where the female managers cell phone was located and stolen from. Well it apparently takes the entire crew to go outside screaming and yelling at each other as half the crew gets in cars and leaves the make manager and the female manager and one crew member male finally after 20mins goes by comes back in and still ignores I'm there to order. I asked the employee to get his manager for me so he did. I expressed my disappoinment on how poorly he was running the establishment and seeing his employees to do as they please and completely ignore the fact that a customer has just came into the place and having to experience this kind of behavior. Screaming, cursing at each other, jumping over the counter, etc... Well the make employee decided he wanted to give his opinion on my complaint by telling me to shut the ** up and we could take it outside if I want and I was shocked when I looked at the manager and he says to me "well what do you want to do, he asked if you want to take it outside". Hummmm!!! No wonder his employees are acting they way they are!! He is condoning the behavior and allowing the employee run the place. Read moreI tried to submit this via the opinion survey unfortunately I was unable to do so because I did not receive a receipt with my order I've tried calling the store three times and I am left to listen to a ringing phone for a minimum of 10 minutes so far. .the staff refuses to answer the phone. I cannot go back over there and get a receipt therefore you were getting my notes Here. I do not know if it is common practice for employees do not give customers a receipt I also unaware as to whether or not it is common practice for employees to not know what is included in a coupon deal whenever they're given the number.. they didn't even bother to take the coupon which I know is standard practice at your location and normally I would be happy about having an extra coupon to use once again but I do not think I will be returning to that location we were unable to get a coffee because the manager wouldn't stop arguing with us and we had to pull up while somebody else got their food behind us and we couldn't have our coffee while we waited.. couldn't get cream and sugar while we waited either. we ordered coupon number 5280 and the manager argued with my husband as to whether or not he was entitled to two small coffee's when it clearly says for $5 two sandwiches two hash browns and TWO small coffees. This would have been very simply cleared up if the woman had just taken the coupon like your employees are told to do. The staff is extremely rude I'm unable to get any customer service in regards to this matter I can't even get a receipt over there that location sucks and y'all need to do better. take a moment to look at the location on Google and read some of the reviews I have yet to find a tasteful one there and I've gone back almost two...
