If I could leave a 0 star review, I would because customer service was just horrible!! First of all, they only had a Hawaiian, cheese, and sausage pizza and told my wife they couldn't make any more. Come to find out they made pizzas for people who were right behind us!! Second, I asked for a hot sandwich, and they could not be bothered to take out the lettuce or tomato , so I was greeted with nasty veggies. They also made me hand them a sandwich from the front because the others were "wrapped", which I found really weird. Third, we asked for a Dr. Pepper and they made us get one from the front because the ones in the refrigerator were already "counted". BIG DEAL, SWITCH ONE FROM THE FRONT WITH ONE FROM THE FRIDGE! Of course we sit and the soda is LUKEWARM!! Fourth, I had gotten a couple pastries and, what do you know, one of them was stale and we had to trash it. From the unwelcome looks from the staff, serving size to price ratio, freshness or lack thereof, to taste. What is served is equivalent to a large slice stretched out and shaped oval to look like a full pizza but it is small in quantity. The crust is thin and cut into small pieces upon serving. Maybe they were going for Chicago style and never found it on the map and decided to go a different direction altogether. The taste was not anything I care to try again either. Not sure if the problem was the cheese, sauce, dough or a combination of some or all. If you are still reading this review and have not walked away from this place already, I hope your airline calls your name over the PA informing you of final boarding so you can avoid this cardboard disaster they try to pass as pizza. I used to work at Dunkin right across from this Campisis and now work for Southwest so I know ALOT about service. The cashier made me feel small about making sure the %10 discount was applied. Its a simple "yes" question. No need for the extra "uhh its only 10% sweety" yes im aware of the amount.. they also had the audacity to say I had an attitude!
