Usually a go-to favorite for my kids, especially this location being so close to home. The service is usually pretty good and although there really isn't any consistency in the food portions we don't stop visiting. But today the service was horrible, the guy doing the entrees "Juanito" per name tag was giving one order very little meat some lots more and some barely covering the bottom of to-go box. There were two other workers on the prep line but the girl I couldn't see her name she was transferring the food from one person to another. We got chicken teriyaki and barely got some teriyaki sauce after asking for it multiple times. The girl at the register "Jessie" lacks common sense or listening skills to interpret what people are saying. My kids get the kids meal that usually comes with a cookie and drink but I wasn't asked or aware of the apple crisps as an option. Which by the way I had to remind the cashier Jessie that she didn't give me the kids cups or cookies. She then hands me the apple crisps, I then ask if I could exchange for the cookies that were right in front of the register. When girl that was on the prep line comes from behind Juanito and says no, it's just the apple crisps. Just give her the apple crisps in the hell of an attitude she wasn't in just moments before when Juanito was cutting up in the meat and they were gossiping. I don't like making a scene so I left it at that at the restaurant and just paid my food. (BTW the guy at the sides section and greeting the customers as well as the back kitchen team were doing their jobs and their energy and vibes was totally different from the 3 mention employees). Figure I can submit my review for the GM or DO can review. Also for the record I don't just buy...
Read moreDo not ever go to this store to eat. The manager is very rude and so are the employees but more of the manager who is handling the store.
I went to the store to make a delivery for Uber eats and I gave the person at the from the name and code and I was automatically refused the customers order because of me not having a mask. I told her that I was just picking up the order for Uber eats and nothing else. I gave the person the name of the customer and the code. I even called her to tell her the code and name so they could kindly bring it out for me as they had a employees who kept going outside to take people's orders to their car and calling out orders by name. They could have had the same courtesy towards me as I am just the same as anyone else just going there to get an order but they refused to give it to me. Again. I told her the order and I told her the name of the person. I could have understood me wearing a mask only if I was dining-in but I was never dining-in I was just picking up am order. I called and called and they would just hangup on me and not even give me a phone number to a bigger manager. The person in this store who was the supposedly manager at the hour of 6:45pm date of 5/22/2020 is not at all a manager type of person. She's a really bad representation to Panda express. Another person would have just sent out the food and it would've been the end of it but she was very argumentative and rude over the phone saying words like whatever and it doesn't matter to her. Someone should really write her up and educate this lady on how to better deal with the customers and situations because she has no idea what etiquette is nor what good customer care consist of. Someone should really...
Read moreFood was delicious; tasted fresh. The only thing was that they didn’t have white steamed rice. But they were very courteous and called to apologize and asked what we’d like to do. Worked out just fine. The only negative came when Grubhub went to pick up the food to deliver it to us. The driver was late. He called and said he couldn’t find the home. Upon questioning him, he said the app had the incorrect address. But he was on his way back and asked if I’d stand out in the heat to make sure he got the right house. When he arrived he proceeded to show me that in his app the address was incorrect. I found this odd as I’d used the app to use my current location and had never had anyone in Grubhub say they couldn’t find the house and the address was always correct. In fact, we’d just had a Grubhub delivery a few days earlier. Furthermore, the address in his app was for an empty lot across the street. I think this address fiasco stems from a complaint I made about a rude Grubhub customer service rep who’d hung up in my face when I asked to speak to a supervisor about the issue I’d had w/ my order. I complained about him and the missing food & noticed that i wasn’t able to write a review from the app. I also noticed that my address which had been showing in the app had been deleted. The only reason I even used Grubhub this time was to use the $20 gift code they sent bc of that last incident. I’m going to tell EVERYONE about this foolishness and not use Grubhub anymore. There are plenty of other food delivery services to use who have better customer service, have their restaurant list updated/current and who don’t resort to unprofessional, rude tactics that make an already bad situation worse. NEVER...
