Since I moved to the area a year ago I go to this chik fi la atleast twice a week as there are not many other options near by. This chik fi la frequently forgets things off the order and consistently has excessive wait times for a fast food restaurant.
Granted everyone understands chik fi la is busy and the area is developing and may be serving more customers than this store is accustomed to serving but since coming to this chik fi la if I order for my entire family (5 people) 9 times out of ten I will have to wait 20 mins for my order
Today I did not have time to wait and I amended my order and ordered less items in the hopes I could get in and out of this location .However ,like always, I was told to pull aside and wait .
I waited for 15-20 mins then I exited my vehicle and began to head towards the building to ask for a refund I previously attempted to get the young drive thru server's attention before exiting my vehicle but was unsuccessful.
as I was walking towards the building the server was coming with the food I advised him I didn't want the food and wanted a refund and continued to the building
NOTE: I never touched this food
when I get in the building, the manager * I assume* told me she couldn't give me a refund because this chik fi la has a policy stating if your order is over 40 dollars they cant give you a refund and the general manager has to issue the refund.
she then went to the back area behind the counter and then came back out and informed me she called the general manager but got no response and then gave me a card stating it was the general managers information and instructed me to inquire about the refund myself
I get home and call the number provided and it was just the store number, the same one I just left.
I spoke with the same manager who after saying "theyservers told me you didn't want the food" as some sort of rebuttal finally provided the GM number for contact
this location now has my money for a product that I don't have. I called corporate but all locations are independently owned so who knows if I will get my refund.
the GM should put a notice on the door that if you order food you cant get a refund if your order is over 40 dollars
also the workers are generally very polite here but the girl who attempted to address my concern while she was not rude she ,attempted to brush off my concern and it felt as though she thought I was just another customer attempting to get something for free by complaining
which was not the case, also this location messes up so frequently I have like 10 of those coupon cards that chikfila gives out when they mess up from this location alone
but unfortunately those coupon cards are only for this location and so they wont be getting used as I will not be returning...

So he told us to go to the window mind you we already put in our points so our meal was supposed to be $7. When we got to the window, the cashier Katie said it was $20.18. I laughed at her because I was confused on what she was talking about. She say your name is Johnson right? I said yes ma’am she read me back my order and said $20.18 with an attitude this time, I said how is that when we used our points from the last time we had terrible service here when she looked back at the screen, the computer updated and our total was $7.55 and she told me the amount and I said oh that’s what I thought so while I’m getting my card ready to pay for my stuff, a manager black girl came to the window and said we was disrespecting her and trust and believe me how you guys are reading this is how this is happening. I said how we disrespecting you when we’re the one’s that being disrespected. She said that she will have to ask us to leave. We will give you our food but you have to go. Are you going to pay for the food? I said don’t you see me getting my card out? she said no that’s why I’m asking you. I told her to hold on a minute, handed her my card, and they threw us our food. I’ve been a customer at this Chick-fil-A for three years spent over at least 10 grand at this Chick-fil-A. I have never experience service like this in my life. This is our second time going here in the past week and the service of them not communicating with each other from the drive through to the window is causing problems at the window, this is unacceptable and I will not be going...
Read moreIn comparison to other Chick-fil-A's. I felt rushed at the register even though there was not a wait behind me. I asked for the balance on my gift card before I purchased my meal. Cashier said to swipe the card and completed my transaction and told me what was remaining. I had intended to add to the order. At this point, I wasn't very happy. The breading on my chicken sandwich was not very tasty compared to other Chick-fil-A's. Usually my patronage feels appreciated by the staff but not here. My food it arrived very quickly which is probably why the sandwich did not taste good. I guess they rush to make the sandwiches, put a bunch of them in the window and let them sit there. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for a refill with many staff members just standing there talking to each other. Nobody made eye contact with me which made it uncomfortable for me ask for a refill. Finally there was two of us waiting for refills and I was able to get a drink refill.
The drive through is ungodly busy and the restaurant parking lot is completely empty because there are two lanes of traffic going into the drive-thru that completely block access to the parking lot. They did add another parking lot one building space over. Unfortunately the drive through traffic backs up and there as well.
Staff needs to be trained on customer service and quality, not just production. Chick-fil-A is one of the few fast food restaurants I do enjoy time to time. I will be happy to revisit my review after a few more visits to...
