I do not like pizza hut I usually order domino's or papa johns and this experience is why I would rather drive 25 mins to a papa johns or 20 mins to Marco's before I order pizza hut 8 mins away from me. I ordered almost 120 dollars worth of wings, pizza, and breadsticks I understand that's a lot I am more than patient especially since it was during peak business hours. They got to my house an hour later I was shocked they got there so fast since it was a bunch of food. They lady apologized she dropped one of our wings she asked if we wanted them remade I said its fine. I am going through the food I asked if we had any sauces she said it wasn't on the receipt. I said ok. I asked if there were napkins she said no is there anything else. I'm sorry but if I spend 120 dollars yall could put in sauce for the wings and napkins just the basic. But I let that go everyone is making their plates and eating and I notice when I bit into the wing I felt a crunch. I bit through chicken that wasn't done. My sister showed me her boneless wings and she said they tasted old and soggy like they had been sitting out a while. The bread sticks were hard and stale plus we didn't have marinara sauce not like it would have helped. They will fuss , agree, disagree , everything else , other then oh im sorry there was a issue how may I help with it or correct it and get it out to u .or oh you would like to cancel your well let's us just charge u anyway.. they hang up on you.. there is no fixing or even offering to fix or make right.. there doordash drivers will summit a order complete when I was not . Tell u no they will not return the wrong or canceled order back to store. Claim that delivered it when they didn't and keep the food.. they need new Management in that store and refresh on customer service and how you talk and treat people. They is no way the owners and the company its self wants there business run or the people who do business with done... dont bite the hand for which the money comes from that pays you.. Read moreI called spoke with a Amber I think. I had been ordering on the app and my rewards were not applying. So I called the reward app number they said I had to go back to the location I’ve ordered from and get my past receipts ( it was only 2 I just moved here) so since I was ordering pizza from them AGAIN I figure I place order over phone and get all my receipts when the delivery came. Well Amber said she has never heard of that before said she had to call her boss and left me on hold for 30 mins. She claimed it was busy but I’m sure it don’t take 30 mins to take money from the customer there and or take a order. I called the reward program back and they said yes that is the protocol. So either Amber did not want to be bothered or they just don’t care about customer service when all I’m doing is getting what I’ve paid for and signed up to receive.
