I took my son to the Dallas location after a visit to urgent care for a double ear infection. We are never on this side of town so my son was excited to get a turtle freezer because itās a treat he doesnāt get very often. We got to the window and I was looking at the menu because we donāt go very often and I didnāt know what I wanted. The girl that helped me provided the worst customer service imaginable. She opened the window and just stood there staring me down. I asked if they had iced coffee and she replied āyesā. I said are they on your menu? And she said the flavors are at the bottom. No help from her, no suggestions. I ordered my son a small turtle freeze and I got a medium white mocha iced coffee. We waited for a few minutes and she comes back to the window with two of the smallest coffees Iāve ever seen in my life. It had to be four or five ounces. I knew it wasnāt what I ordered, but instead of arguing, I just left. She handed them to me and didnāt say a word, just turned around and walked off. My 12 year old commented about how rude she was without me having to say anything, thatās how bad it was. I donāt understand the attitude because there was no one in front of me or behind me. I will definitely not be going back. I was looking forward to a delicious coffee after a long day. I guess I will keep going to Dunkin in Hiram⦠itās cheaper and their staff is...

I didn't return because of long wait. I let the person with the tablet know that I can't have regular milk because I'm very allergic...thought for sure my oat milk selection would not be a mixup but it was made with regular milk again. We waited longer in the drive through today, so I wasn't going back. My son had the cookies and cream and loved it. The employee at the drive through said they were short staffed and apologized for our wait. Very understandable! But the mixup is not, especially with people that have significant dairy allergies. I decided to stop to get coffee, after I placed my order I realized I had left my wallet at home. The young man that helped me said dont worry about it I got you, I was so embarrassed I started looking for money in my car, I found $2 which insisted on putting in the tip jar. As we argued (with love) about me returning to reimburse his kind offer I left the store (with great cup of coffee in hand). I drove home quickly calling all my girlfriends telling them about this youngs man's kindness. When I showed back up we argued again with love, but I made sure his kind gesture didn't go unknown and blessed him with a great tip.
