Pasta Americana — Restaurant in Dallas

So disappointed with this place. First, I ordered through Grubhub at 8PM. The driver arrived 15 minutes after I placed the order. After an hour I contacted the driver and asked what the hold up was. The driver said Pasta Americana told him there was no order on file and he had to have Grubhub resend the order. He then waited an additional 30 minutes before heading out. He informed me he had to drop off another order but the store assured him my order would be ready shortly. 45 minutes later my order was canceled. I very much want to give this place more stars but the inconsistency is a problem. My usual is the shrimp pasta with breadsticks. The first time I ordered it, everything was great. Ever since something is off or different than the last order. Breadsticks stale, hard or burnt. With the pasta, I’ve had the cheese not melted all the way, uncooked paste, cold shrimp or some combination thereof. Idk man the inconsistency is bad. My mom likes...

If I could give zero stars I would, spent 58$ on food on Uber eats I got a pasta carbonara, shrimp pasta, breadsticks, and a ceaser salad.

No joke I receive 7-12 noodles with a spoon full of sauce on it ice cold from probably 2-3 days ago. No breadsticks, some chili cheese fries cold and stale, and a bowl of lettuce with no sauce.
