The customer service is very poor, food order is always wrong or missing items. The two managers I spoke with were very rude. They both keep saying they had no control over what happened!!! If you a manager and have no control over what happens then what are you doing. Sat through the line for over 20 min to get the wrong order. Called the store while still in the parking lot to let them know. They said they could not do anything about it tonight. After getting very angry they else is I could wait through the drive through line again to make it back to the window and they would give me missing food. I guess it totally fine to continue making $$ and taking orders while my food gets cold waiting another 20 or 30 min. I think the PAID customer should be taken of first before others. I know people in line will just just as angry having a car move forward ahead. If that person getting mad for a car moving ahead was in those some shoes in sure they would be more understanding. It tough either way but we had already paid and it should be made right in a timely manor. Then had the nerve to ask me if I had ever worked fast food before..... well I'm pretty sure we all did at some point some chose not to make it a career. I guess we should pay them $15 an hour anyways right??? If you got my order right, food was fresh and you at least acted like you have a damn..... yea I would be more likely to be ok with $15 an hour. But days like this makes me laugh and pray for more computer's to take over. When they out of a job then they will wish the gave damn. I WILL NEVER go back to this store and would recommend everyone else staying away. If we stand up either it will change or the store will suffer and then maybe corporate will notice. Read moreI visited this drive thru and I had ordered two of their meals and the four pack of Cinnabon's. when I realized I didn't get the Cinnabon's even though I paid for them I was already 45 min away from this establishment. So I called and spoke with the assistant manager. the manager apologized they had forgotten to put them in my box. At that moment I was not upset I was understanding people forget it happens. But I was told to come back he would make me some. I told him I can't come back I'm 45 min away to just refund it back to my card. He then says I can't do that because it might not be your card. I can't prove that it's me. I told him I would send him a pic of my license and of me holding it. He said you have to come back for me to refund it. By the time I go back the gas I would have to spend just to come back and get the money I was charged for something I didn't even get was not worth it. He pretty much laughed in my face I asked for his corporate phone number and he would not give it to me instead told me to go on our website and you can get it there. I ordered food and pulled up to check it as their line was ALREADY wrapped around the building and was missing a cheesy gordita crunch- I walked up to the door not knowing their inside was already closed. A front of house young lady came up to me and told me that they were closed which I told her I was just missing food and asked if I could get it, she went to talk to the manager in the mean time EVERY other associate decided to yell across the building for me to get BACK into line and tell them I was missing stuff. It’s ridiculous how they want you to wait in the line to get your food AND then once they mess it up want you to sit in the line AGAIN. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell and that’s coming from someone who eats at this taco bell multiple times a week as I work late on the weekends. I’m very disappointed in your employee communication and how this matter was treated.
