Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dallas

Multiple frustrating deliveries from this particular location. I order delivery about once a week, and have honestly never had any issues from any other Chik fil As in the area with regards to deliveries.

I choose the "leave at door" option, because I don't want to interact with anyone at the end of the day, but I've been punished, it feels, for doing so. Half the time the driver will force me to answer the door anyways, which is disappointing. At least those times I received my meal. More than once I've been told that the driver took photo evidence of delivery when I never received my order. David, or whoever, was tonight's driver. I'm so confused. Unless my neighbors run across the street to steal the food outside my door in the moment between the picture being taken and me going to the door, I don't know what keeps happening. I struggle to accuse the drivers themselves of simply stealing orders, but someone has stolen my meal multiple times now.

The first time it happened, the guy on the phone was very gracious and went out of his way to expedite the order and hand delivered it himself to make sure it was received. He was confused as I was. He seemed like he was the manager? The second time it happened, the lady on the phone was less helpful. She was apologetic but adamant that the food had been delivered. I guess it's hard to believe, so I get it, but it's frustrating and disappointing nonetheless. I would have liked to at least receive a refund but it's hard to argue against a picture of my own porch with my meal on it.

I'll order from a different location from now on, and if anyone bothered to read this I would recommend you do the same if you're similarly persnickity about consistency...

I just was in there 15 or so minutes ago, to get a late dinner and some ice cream. (sorry again for the 9 ice cream cups lol i miss the milkshake size cups of ice cream, PLEASE bring that option back!!!, and this is my way of fueling my CFA ice cream addiction LOL) Anyway, i wanna start off by saying this chic fil a is super nostalgic for me. I had my first ever job here, back when i was 15, im now 26, and it just feels nice each time i come back to it. And recently, the last two trips here in the last month an a half or so, has been truly amazing. i apologize for not catching the girls name who helped me twice, each time ice cream related haha but she is SO friendly, and i just wanted to let her know i greatly appreciated the friendliness and thoughtful bagging especially tonight (around 9:10 ish to 9:17pm). The building itself looks to be always clean and kept up, peaceful, the staff look like they are having a good time, good mood, smiling faces (I LOVE TO SEE IT!!!) but i always leave feeling happier and satisfied. Truly one of, if not the, best locations of this food chain. All of you in there deserve a nice pat on the back and appreciation for giving such a nice experience, even if we did not personally interact.. I had been having a rough week, and this experience brightened my day considerably. Not enough places have this light hearted and pleasant atmosphere....

Placed order through app for drive thru pickup. When I arrived due to high traffic a employee was directing vehicles, it took approx 5 minutes after reaching drive thru for employees to confirm order. I was told by employee that my order was for inside take out despite what the app said, I exited the drive thru and entered store and was told I didn't have a order to pick up. Double checked Address against app that now showed order was complete and checked banking app that showed charge, spoke with manager showing app receipt and bank statement showing charge, manager refused to make order and processed refund. When leaving employee directing traffic had be blocked in for several minutes. All employees interacted with had the same don't care attitude and manager blamed the app and issued refund with an attitude of this is the fastest way to remove an inconvenience. I am a delivery driver with timed routes I have to eat in my vehicle, I can only stop for lunch for about 15 min a day, because of this I will be going from 5:45am to around 6 pm without eating anything because making my order was an inconvenience but...
