Our flight was delayed, so after several hours my husband and I decided to get a bite to eat. We were both in good moods, wished we were home but what can you do. Chili's was our first choice as it us usually very good. This experience was not! I told the waiter that I had food allergies and needed a minute to look at the allergen menu on line. When he returned with our drinks he asked if were ready to order, we said yes. My husband and I ordered the same meal, chicken tenders with fries. The only difference was we selected different sauces, and I had told him when I order what sauce I wanted because it didn't have any egg or dairy in it according to the allergen menu on line. When our meals were delivered, my husbands was correct, but he brought me an appetizer that was completely different and didn't have any fries. I told him this wasn't what I ordered, went over what I ordered again and he took my appetizer back returning to the kitchen to make the correction. When my meal was finally brought out to me, my husbands meal almost gone, it was wrong again! He actually brought me chicken tenders with blue cheese on them! Ummmm, I'm allergic to dairy. Once again I told him that this wasn't what I ordered and he was confused and frustrated. My husband told him to get a menu and he would show him exactly what I had ordered. The waiter brought the menu, my husband opened it and pointed at exactly to what I ordered. He said ok and left the table. A couple of minutes later the manager came to our table and said the our waiter was confused about what I wanted. REALLY?! We explained, she said ok and left the table. After another wait my food arrived! Yay! The manager never apologized. A couple of ladies at the table next to us leaned over and told us they heard me tell them about my allergies and couldn't believe all the trouble that we had. The restaurant was clean and even the wrong meals that they served me were very nice looking, but come on...serve me blue cheese with a dairy allergy, really?! Since we have a child that lives in Texas we frequent the air port, won't be eating at...
Read moreMy husband and I had breakfast here this morning 10/29 around 8:45 am. We were seated promptly but as we were seated the hostess just dropped our menus on the table and proceeded around the corner to chit chat with another customer. She came back later to tell us the servers were running behind (although most tables were empty) and take our drink order. Then we found out they were only serving 3 of the breakfast items. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous to only have three options. What we really wanted were not any of those options. The hostess then went back to sit down and chat with her new friend. My husband's drink was empty and still no server. The meal came and the hostess realized we didn't have silverware and she refilled our drinks. My husband was sorely disappointed by the size of his breakfast tacos which were practically empty. We overheard a server saying they were short on eggs so apparently that explains shorting his taco fillings. Better to serve half servings to 10 customers and charge full price than serve 5 customers true serving sizes...? Again my husband's glass sat empty and stayed empty. It took forever to get the check as we were completely ignored. We asked the bartender for the check as she walked by and she rudely replied she would get our server. We told her we didn't have one. She spun around with attitude like she didn't believe us, rolled her eyes and said she would look into it. Then went to the kitchen. After some commotion in the kitchen with people yelling about getting us a check, finally someone came with our check. She asked if everything was okay. My husband said Nope. She said, "Sorry to hear that" and walked away. No one came back to take our payment. We left cash on the table, tipped the hostess on the way out since she was the only one who showed half an ounce of customer service....

The host sat us. We sat there for easily 15 minutes and no contact with a server. I finally flagged down an employee, and she told me our server would be right with us. Another five or ten minutes later, our server finally introduced himself.
We ordered skillet queso and a couple of salads. I ordered club soda with lime. The club soda arrived, and I had to remind the server about the lime. The skillet queso arrived but no napkins. We asked for napkins. A few minutes later our entrees arrived but no silverware. We flagged down an employee and asked for silverware. My entree was missing ingredients, most notably sliced avocados. The restaurant wasn’t out of them because I noted that other patrons had them at their tables.
It was kind of one thing after another. Any one thing you can kind of understand, but this place seemingly couldn’t get anything right and really didn’t...
