I recently had the pleasure of visiting Christie's Sports Bar, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations on several fronts. First and foremost, the food at Christie's is outstanding. From classic sports bar fare like wings and burgers to more unique offerings, their menu caters to a wide range of tastes. The quality of the food truly impressed me, and I found their portions generous.

This was the worst display of service I have ever experienced at a restaurant/bar. I had been sitting down at my table and gotten an entire drink spilled on me multiple times from above on the second floor with the servers/managers doing nothing to rectify the situation for us until we had to ask 3 different workers to bring a manger for us, and this was all while I was still soaking wet with seltzer running down my hair and back of my shirt. I wasn’t even the only one spilled on as multiple drinks splashed to people on tables all around us. Management did not think to speak or offer any of us a single thing until we began to argue with them. I thought Christie’s would be a great place to watch the UFC ppv but the whole experienced ruined my entire night during the midst of the best fights and we had to go home. I would absolutely never go back to this location. I didn’t even mention our waitress giving me a ridiculous amount of attitude and walking away from me while I was talking to her because she was annoyed about me asking...

A friend and I were visiting from out of town. We read the gratuity policy and this would apply to our group. Service was fine, nothing exceptional. We waited a little after closing out to finish the section of the game we were in before saying our goodbyes. As I said my goodbyes, a server (that did not serve me) aggressively yelled out that I did not tip her and what was wrong with their service. I explained nothing and that there was the mandatory gratuity that I felt was enough for the server that had served me. She continued to aggressively state that they did not apply that gratuity to our party so I was still not going to leave a tip. I am appalled by the audacity of treating a customer like this. I have worked in customer service and have never treated people this way. I am a frequent tipper and this was a misunderstanding that did not need to be handled with such aggression.
