Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Look first of all revisited this location on June 26th 2025. It was myself, my husband, and my uncle by marriage. We were celebrating my birthday and I feel my birthday dinner got ruined we walk in and first of all the employees claimed that they can't speak and understand English when we asked about where silverware and stuff like that was. How do you not know how to speak English if you're running a business or work in a business? Second of all the pasta was flavorless and bland and disgusting we can't even eat it my husband tried he can't eat it I even tried it was disgusting. Then you have employees trying to close and do other closing duties an hour and a half before closing when they close at 10:00 p.m. and so an hour and a half early and people are still coming in to eat it's like they were trying to run the customers off just so they can hurry and clean up and be walking out the door stem cells at 10:00 p.m. I'm sorry but if you have a 10 p.m. closing time and you should not be walking out that door as in a closing crew till at least 10:45 p.m. 11:00 p.m. or later. Then you have people cleaning around where people are eating which is a health code violation. Then you have the bus boys making the customers bust the tables for them and having them all the plates from the table instead of asking the customers oh hey can I get these dishes for you they just stood around they came around but they stood around and waited for us as a customer to do their job for them. I write about it in about a couple days later I get some email from some random person saying he's associated with CiCi's and I tell him what happened and he's asking me to tell him all what happened and then that was it. Exchange account for emails and then that's where the conversation dropped it seemed like CiCi's was not interested in making the situation right for the customers and they didn't care about the fact that someone's dinner got ruined especially a birthday dinner and it's like the area Management in...

I couldn’t believe how cheap and good service was there.. the guy at the register was so nice and polite and offer us even what they didn’t have on the counter, if you don’t see what you want , you can build your own pizza and tell them to make it for you .. if you are by yourself, you will save a lot of money going there because they just don’t have pizza, they have soups, salads bar , and desserts for less than 10 dollars each .. if you have a big family you will save a lot of money going there, and this might help to you .. the day before , my son took me to a fancy pizza place which was good and of course he spent more than double of the price I paid here, and when we finished, we were still a little hungry, but hour or two later, I started with like heartburn, and because of that , I thought that going to this pizza buffet would be worse but what a surprise, I spent the rest of the day with my family and nobody had any problem neither me after we ate a lot and I mean a lot of food at this pizza place .. This Cicis Pizza it's wonderful the manager or supervisor it seems to care about the people he is kind and always say Good afternoon and good bay to every person and he makes sure that the place it feels safe for example a person who came just to use the restroom was asked to please leave if you not a customer you can't use the restroom for it's only for clients only and it was wonderful how he handled it mean will the other person was screaming and he call the security at that person how was being aggressive and after that everything was normal And the food is good they make sure that it doesn't get cold for some other restaurants of Cicis Pizza the pizza gets cold and honestly i was getting sick of it but this pizza place do Care about the the...
