Munger Park is a small neighborhood park about 40 yards wide x four times that wide. It's bordered on all four sides by very small streets, which makes the park quieter and safer. You can still hear the roar from Munger but it's easy to block out. I visited on a beautiful Sunday afternoon with cool air, warm sun and a light breeze. There were only a few people there, mostly very young children. Their chatter was pleasant to hear.
