Cremolatti ice cream — Restaurant in Dallas

Online pictures make this place look way better than it look in person. The whole store is probably the size of an average restroom, so small that other customers had to wait outside (in 106°) while we were ordering. It's not that clean. And it's definitely not meant for an English speaking clientele: none of their menu items had an English translation and the older lady behind the counter didn't understand nor speak English. After preparing our banana split the lady look at us and said "no cream": apparently they ran out of whip cream mid shift! She placed the banana split on the counter and charged us without offering no substitution, no alternative, no discount and not even saying sorry! You have to ask for a napkin and spoon because she won't provide them unless you ask. And initially she said no...

Wow this place is amazing! Mellar was so kind and helpful. It’s such a joy to be helped by someone so passionate about what they do. All the ice creams are homemade and delicious. We had an Oreo milkshake and the Ferrero ice cream. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth the treat and the shop is adorable. It was my first visit but will not be my last....

i've tried many places, but nothing like this! This place is amazing! With so much choices to choose from ! And they could never disappoint you every time you visit ! Best part of all is that everything is 100% natural made ! It can't get better than this ! I recommend this...
