08/18/22 @ 3:30 PM (Maybe its just the night shift that is rude and lacks great customer service. I would rate 0 stars but I can't)
My girlfriend bought a Grande Mocha Frappuccino with caramel drizzle and a shot. Iconic drink that every Starbucks can make pretty consistently.. Well, except this one. She got her drink and wasn't happy with how watered down and bitter it was so we went back through the drive through and kindly asked if they could remake it. The same African American Female wearing glasses who took our order the first time scuffed at us and reluctently told us to come up to the window with the drink. I ask her if she'd like me to tell her what the drink was so she could get started sense every other starbucks I have been to in the DFW area simply agrees to remake it when something goes wrong or isnt appealing to our drink. I felt comfortable in assuming and asking because Starbucks is usually great at customer service. Instead, she tells me "We'll look at the sticker on the drink." When we pull up to the window we are aproached by a Hispanic Male who rushingly asks "whats wrong with the order." With no grace or care for the sevice he is providing. I carefully try to explain that the Frappuccino is simply too watered down while also wondering why I'm being questioned whats wrong rather than taking the drink away and making a new one. He asks "what do you want me to do? Want me to add more ice?"
Okay... I don't normally animate my wording in reviews on businesses because at the end of the day, the guy is just working for a Check like everyone else is at a job. But I just told you that my drink is too watered down.. I would think that adding more ice (Solid form of WATER) would make it more Watered down.... I DON'T KNOW.
My girlfriend finally had enough waiting and interrupted our dialogue and asked for a refund rather than to continue wasting our time and everyone else in line.
I've been to this starbucks before and I even recommended it to my girlfriend for us to go their that day and sadly this turned out to happen. I don't get it. Hopefully something productive can come from this review. I won't be coming to this location anymore sadly.
Also why does the screen not work? How much longer before...

My point is, this is not the Starbucks I normally go to, so I did not know it was walk up or drive-through only. Totally fine. I ordered a drip coffee, and two iced coffee drinks. I watched as 8 to 10 people walked up to pick up their mobile orders, again totally fine. After standing there for 12 minutes, I nicely asked the lady at the window if she knew how much longer it would be (we had to get to school), and that it had been over 10 minutes. I was cordial, y’all. I was trying to respect the fact that everyone inside looked busy. She looked at me with a smug look and said, “we have mobile orders.” That’s it. Not, “I’m so sorry this is taking a hot minute! We had a lot of mobile orders come in, and we are trying to catch up. Thank you for your patience!” Just a rude and dismissive single sentence. I said, “I understand that, but I’m not responsible for your mobile orders. I just know it should not take 15 to 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee.” Magically our drinks arrived at the window within the next minute. I worked in the service industry for years and years, and it was always customary to respond with positive professionalism, even if someone is a little heated. The thing is, I was totally cool. I wasn’t mad yet, but just asking a question. If you’re needing to stop in at a random Starbucks, I wouldn’t choose this one. Go to the McDonald’s right up the feeder, and get your iced latte or drip coffee in a fraction of the time from someone who will...
Read moreThis location routinely makes my drink wrong. They act like it can’t be made correctly. I have had one poor experience after another. Two weeks ago the barista kept forgetting to give me the promo, I politely reminded her twice. She had the worst attitude, kept closing the drive thru window as I was speaking. I requested a manager and let her know I was treated extremely poorly for no reason. I’ve gone back several times since, and had the drink made incorrectly. I simply want an iced hazelnut oat milk expresso (unshaken). I drove 10 mins out of my way to have it remade at another store last week, to avoid them acting annoyed that I’m telling them the drink is not right. That is a huge inconvenience. This morning I decided to emphasize that I wanted the drink “unshaken” thinking maybe I ordered it wrong. They handed me a shaken espresso, all mixed together. Then the same manager as before explained that it has to mix because of how the milk and ice are poured. She agreed to remake it, but it was still not what I’m used to. I’m so frustrated with this location. I almost went and had it made correctly and drove it back over for them to see. They are the only location that makes it wrong unapologetically but unfortunately most convenient and with...
