Slept on street night before pick up. They knock on my door 5 am said I’m load oh check in at 8 am. I check in at 8 am and had to ring buzzer and they talk to you via mail slot and fill clip board via mail slot they need a 452 number. Was told appt at 11 but load almost done will be called around 9 am. Set reefer to 26 Well 11:05 was called to back to door 4 but not open doors till they come took photos of temps etc. which they didn’t come out to do until 11:45 and back in loaded within 20 min and got bills which I was allowed in office need photo of driver license etc. avoid if possible tight quarters and slow to get you to dock. FCFS is depends on if they have your product ready. If not your appointment time works. You sign in at the middle door with the mailbox,PO# starting with 45….. Loop through the parking lot depending on with door they give you. Also sadly because of limited room, it’s one truck at a time. I suggested dropping my trailer to help out another guy not having to wait. Wasn’t an option. They’re quick, so in & out depending on the info above. Very nice pepole to deal with, there is some room to park on the street. They are fast to load, ounce you get in the dock. I arrived here @ 0300 for a 11:00 appointment time I checked in at 0800, the lady said she'd call me when my load was ready, I received the call @ 10:34 to back up to the dock but not to open my doors yet.
