Expirence was horrible we took my mom to celebrate her bday, did a reservation for 130pm arrived 10 mins before. Guy said I dont see your reservation, I look at his messy notes and said im on the corner. He said oh sorry didn't saw it, waited 45 mins more to be seated. Then sat 15 mins more, then go ask for drinks, waited 2 1/2 hours for our food our kids and even us were frustrated at this point. Drinks we order were empty by the time our food was brought to us and only reason they brought the food was because my wife when to ask whats going on with our food. No refills or a manager coming to apologize for running behind. False advertisement on social media Instagram and TikTok about this restaurant. It was a horrible over price food. I wouldn't recommend to no one, specially if your kids are with you. They be beyond annoyed waiting 3 hours plus at a restaurant 😒. My wife when she got up she told them is been over 2 hours just charge us our drinks we leaving. They said NO that our food was coming next. Management of the restaurant is beyond them, kitchen staff can keep up, they announced they were behind on orders. All Waitress hanging on the corner talking to each other because they have no food to served. They dont even bother coming to ask for a refill or said hey yall waited to long here is some chips and salsa or bread nothing not even coming to ask if you want a water refill. They ruined my moms celebration. They obviously chewing more then what they can handle. They not ready to run a restaurant and hype up on social media. Im beyond disappointment on this place 😪. And on top they auto include their tips on...
Read moreWe visited after seeing a TikTok that made the food look irresistible and I can definitely say the ambience delivered! The space is super cute and visually engaging, with colorful wall murals that make a great first impression.
Even though there wasn’t live music during lunch, the setup and background tunes still created a lively, upbeat vibe. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and we loved starting off with the fresh pan dulce, it paired perfectly with my coffee.
The choriqueso was a hit with the family (we just wished it came with a few more chips!). For our entrées, everyone enjoyed their meals, though we felt something was slightly missing for the price point flavors were good, but not quite standout. Generous portions, though!
We also learned they’ve recently gotten some publicity, so over the weekend they had hour-long waits to be seated. They’re still new and finishing up a few final touches, which might explain why they were running low on certain menu items.
Our only other note was that there weren’t traditional taco plates on the menu, so beans and rice had to be ordered separately. Overall, it’s a fun spot with friendly service and a great atmosphere. I’m excited to see how it grows once everything’s fully up and...
Read moreSo decided to try this place after seeing some videos on tik tok that made the food look good and the atmosphere quite welcoming but boy was I wrong. First, they are supposed to bring out sweet bread to the table after you are seated which never happened. From the time we were seated it took a good 20 min for someone to come take our order. Wanted to order an app but was told it would take about an hour for such appetizer to which I said no thanks and just placed our entrees. I got the chilaquiles à la ranchera and my daughter trompo tacos. I specifically asked for limes for her as she will not eat her tacos without it. Then, food came out with no limes. No big deal I’d figure I’ll just ask when the waitress comes check how we are doing. I start eating my chilaquiles and I kid you not as the waitress approaches the table to ask how we are doing, I find a long black hair in my plate and proceed to pull it out in front of her. She takes the plate back and comes back 5 min with another one. No offer to discount it or coupon for the inconvenience. Now the food was bland at best I was hoping for more but now I can say I tried it and won’t be back. If you are thinking of going I would consider...
