TO THE OWNER: THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY:

could've had repeat business until i noticed the cord to my macbook was not only extremely damaged but posed a safety hazard. with some cuts almost looking intentional as though to have a reason to sell me a new cord for $25. and this is after i praised the business and gave a five star review. to my fault, i did not inspect the cord at the same time i was shown the macbook since it was wrapped in a plastic bag and i wouldn't think i had to, but obviously i did, so that's on me.

maybe i should've spoken with joe to see if he's aware of this behavior as i had planned on coming back later this week for another macbook as well as some items from the front of the store. this just soured it completely. a grade b macbook sold with an f grade cord. if you want to sell the cords separate and make extra money, just say so. don't do this kind of swindling act, it's a bad look. shenanigans abound.

not discouraging others, but WILL express my discontent with my experience. and i presented no disdain or attitude to even deserve this kind of retort for being sold a faulty cord. nevermind sending a picture message of the damage itself, looking though it was burned only to be told "it should be fine". luckily, i had electrical tape to repair all the damaged areas. now it looks like a zebra cord.

i'm not gonna outright say it, but it's pretty clear what happened. all for an additional $25.

I arrived at this store/wholesaler/auctioneer to pick up a coupe items for one of my customers. Upon arrival the selection seemed fairly thin. But after checking out what was available. I was pleasantly surprised to find a few unique items that I just couldn't live without. The gentleman working the store front was very helpful. He explained the different aspects of the operation and even the practices needed to obtain potentially the lowest price. I was very impressed, left a satisfied customer, and already have plans to return to purchase a few more items. Despite taking an extra minute to sort out the address scheme for the location. I would highly recommend seeking out this nifty operation.
