Horrible worse experience ever,I went from la Quinta on north central to this la quinta, been spending my money in a place where dont really care about the clients i came around 9:30 pm and the lady on front desk with a really sassy attitude, told me that she couldn't take my card cause was a prepay card, when all the front desk ladies have been taking my card with no problems, well besides that when i finally told her and showed to her all my stays she finally gave me a room on the first floor i explained to her why i cannot stay in the first floor, she told me that was nothing she could do cause the hotel was sold out and they just sold all the rooms to the airport,i went to my room and the room wasnt clean.. Of course i went back to talked to her and she "canceled" one reservation and gave me a room on the 4 floor i went on line to my La quinta app and i saw 7 room available.. When i went to my room was a door on the middle the one that connect the 2 rooms i went downstairs and i explained to her why i couldnt stayed in that room.. Well she "FOUND" another room when at the beggining was 0 rooms unavailable and i requested for a room up on the 3rd and 4rd floor at the beginning,she found 1,2,3 rooms i tried to remind calm i went to my room and yeah i overslept and i called front desk for a late check out... And for my surprised was the same lady from the last night and she denied me the late check out, so i went downstairs to talk to the GM. The Supposed to GM was a black skinny woman with a really sassy attitude who put me on the manager office and made me fell worse than trash, she excused everything that the young lady did all a bunch of ridiculous and cheap excuses than a GM will never say to a guest... I WANNA GET A JOB HERE WHERE THE EMPLOYEES DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND NOT THE CLIENT CAUSE OUR MONEY CARELESS OF VALUE.. She told me that she went to mexico and she closed all the vacants room and the girl called her so she opened 5 rooms.. When the sassy and not polite girl dont even moved from the front desk , and about my late check out she told me that no guest was allow to stayed late cause of the pressure on the water pipes and she called to a plumer to fixed it... so to me was her saying "sorry she is my Daughter or my niece and she can do whatever she wants"... I called la Quinta and oh surprised surprised the GM is a Male! Who in God's name let this 2 sassy and ugly persons treat like that to a client, that stays 2 or 4 times a week in here and pays part of their food and part of the bill to somone that doesnt appreciate that us as a clients stay here? I don't wanna say bad words but those "ladies" dont reserve my apologies if some day i use the "B" word on their face cause i dont care about them if they not polite with me... So this time was way beyond and all this that they did to me will cost a visit from my lawyer cause. C'mon! Yes is a 3 stars hotel and u pay what u get for the service but not "GM" has to allow this kind of situation cause MISTER GM I trully hope u can explain this to me.. And can put order in a hotel that we think twice to stay cause of the area and now with those ladies that think they are the owners of the hotel like for real?...
Read moreI recently had the displeasure of staying at your hotel on Walnut Hill Lane of Friday, June the 13th.|| Initially my daughter's and I wanted to check in early and I had called Thursday evening to see if that would be possible. I was told yes, but would be a 30.00 charge. I decided against this and we arrived at 3:15. Only one of our rooms were even ready, and when I asked if we could just have whatever was available, I was told no. We had somewhere to be so we just grabbed our things and decided to get ready in one room while waiting for the second. I thought I had booked the rooms with a couch but apparently I did not so I immediately went downstairs to see if I could change our second one to one with a couch, I was told yes with an additional charge. I accepted. Interesting how just 15 minutes prior I was told I couldn't have a different room. ||I was appreciative but definitely disappointed. The room 422 had obvious ceiling water damage, drips of something down the walls, a painted over fire water supply in the bathroom and water damage under the sink. I tried to just ignore the filth and move on with our evening as it was for one night and I knew I wouldn't get a refund. Unfortunately throughout the night both tv's kept turning on by themselves waking us all up at random times, that was rather unpleasant. The other unpleasant thing I noticed was a strange woman walking the halls watching people. She was still there in the morning just roaming making me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, your housekeepers are knocking on doors and entering them at 930am without consent. And they are bringing their children to help them clean. Are you not employing enough staff? Are you not paying them enough? Why aren't you giving them the tools they need to properly clean rooms??||As I'm gathering everyone from both rooms 422 and 432 to check out we pulled back the sheets to make sure we didn't leave anything behind when we found a live bed bug. I immediately stormed downstairs upset. I had planned to calmly bring up the water damage at check out but bed bugs are not something to be calm about. Your front desk attendant, Shiv, never apologized for this. He only offered to change the sheets. I felt like I had been slapped in the face. Does he not know what bed bugs are, or how much of a struggle it is to get rid of them?? He refused to give me corporates number until I badgered him and was afraid to give me his name. Why do your employees not wear name tags? I made sure to leave him the bed bug we caught in a cup on your front desk. I have stayed in MANY la quinta hotels over the course of my life and have never been so appalled at the conditions...

List of issues 1.The hotel is next to a club and there was traffic pulling into the hotel with someone trying to make me pay to park. the music is pretty loud as well as the people (This wasnt that big of deal to me but may be to others)
2.Tow trucks posted up outside probably towed 7 cars by the time i checked in, parked car and got my stuff inside which made me a bit nervous about leaving my car
3.Never seen a hotel have a rule about taking your deposit due to having traffic/guests lol
4.The wifi was absolutely terrible and not even worth using or listing as a resource (bring a hotspot)
5.The heater did not work at all and it was cold majority of my stay but luckily i had my own heater and didnt feel like moving rooms.
6.The microwave was not re-heating my food, i called front desk and they told me to come to the lobby and use the kitchen microwave which really pissed me off because im not about to keep running up and down from the 4th floor to the lobby.
5.The coffee maker was leaking from the filter and didnt even brew my coffee
6.The refrigerator was unplugged
7.The elevator had a spilled drink and dirty throughout the day and everyone was stepping over or taking turns so they didnt have to stand in it
8.The carpet outside was always filthy and looked like a run down motel even after the housekeepers left.
9.Security guard is wearing ski mask and looks like a bodyguard of a rapper which made me concerned about safety lol
10.The breakfast was probably the only DECENT thing about my stay, EXCEPT, They have a sign that says to not bring food to your room which made it hard to enjoy.
I am a Hotel Engineer at other hotels and can tell you that this was absolutely the worst hotel i ever stayed at or seen compared to motel 6s i stayed in , this was by far worse.
I would highly suggest not spending money here or you will be very disappointed. I would have had a better stay in my vehicle.
