I am deeply concerned about the unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and unethical practices of Commercial Flat Roofing of Dallas. They completed a roof repair with silicone sealer on my flat roof in June 2023, which included a 20-year warranty and yearly inspections. However, I have faced ongoing issues since day one.

Within the first three months, the roof leaked three times, causing significant interior damage. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Commercial Flat Roofing of Dallas eventually repaired the poor workmanship on the roof but refused to take responsibility for the interior water damage.

The warranty provided by Commercial Flat Roofing of Dallas is a joke. According to them, if the roof is exposed to rain, wind, or temperatures below freezing, the entire warranty is void. This is unacceptable and misleading.

Commercial Flat Roofing of Dallas gave us a 20 year warranty that isn't worth the paper it is printed on. He continues to ghost us and make excuses for the shoddy work.
