The Wild Turkey Dallas — Restaurant in Dallas

First off, it was my first time ever being here tonight..sadly it ended terribly. My husband and I were having a great time ordering drinks (which were terribly mixed) and we also had an open tab. Since our waitress never came around to check up on us we had to walk to the bar and order our food ourselves..while our night was coming to an end my husband went to the bar to pay off our open tab (also were he order the food). I was already getting up to wait for him outside on the patio and on my way out the waitress and manager came out harassing me saying they will call the cops if I don't pay my tab ! I was shock and I specifically told the idiot manager that my husband already paid our tab? (Confused) my husband was inside using the restroom such embarrassment and scene they caused for me while i was waiting on the patio for my husband and the manager told me I'm calling the cops don't move. The unprofessional waitress than went up to my husband and said you didn't close your tab with me.(WELL OFCOURSE YOU WEREN'T AROUND TO DO SO ,WE DID IT OURSELVES WITH YO UR BARTENDER.)if you had did your job you wouldn't be chasing me down. This bar is so unprofessional and lack in communication!. Being a business owner myself I have to say this shouldn't have happened to anyone period. Instead of harassing me in front of customers how about you ask your uneducated waitress if we are paying customers or gently ask me if we had paid our open tab. (Not harass me!). So here is the kicker the waiter-bartender didn't even apply the food we order on the tab after my husband had told them he was closing out... these people are a joke. Talk about embarrassment. I'll make sure you don't hear...

We have been to this restaurants several times and each time, service has been horrible! We went last night and the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. It took FOREVER for our waitress to come over and take our order. She was chatting with another waitress by the front door. She took our order but didn't write anything down. Our dinner came with a salad and again it was taking a long time for our salads to arrive. My husband had to ask our waitress if we could have our salads before our dinner arrived. I asked my steak to be cooked well done and got it medium rare. I asked for only butter and cheese on my baked potato and to please put those on the side. Well, potato had butter, cheese and bacon on it. I sent my steak back and got it back within 5 minutes. I cut into it and it was still pink! I gave up! So, I brought leftovers home and cooked my steak some more. I only saw one waitress WORKING. The others would stroll slowly through the restaurant with clueless looks on their faces. One of them had long hair and kept playing with her hair. Really, you are working with food and you are playing with your hair? These ladies need some training before they are allowed to actually work. I used to be a waitress and we had to HUSTLE!! Not going back ever again,...

This place was actually REALLY terrible. The service was sporadic, the food made our whole party feel a little sick, however I was up half the night vomiting up my crab legs. Which was too salty and kinda just bad anyway. I knew the crab wasn't all that fresh, but I didn't think it was so spoiled it would make me sick. I addition to food poisoning, some of us didn't get our side dishes and my vegetarian girlfriend ended up with bacon on her dish. Half our party got food, ate and finished before any of the rest of us ever got an appetizer.

We ended up sitting outside because the inside smelled like it had a direct line open to the sewer system. This should have been our clue to leave, but there were people inside and we were pressed for time so we gave it a shot. Unfortunately the music was so loud I couldn't even hear myself think, much less the person sitting next to me. We asked them to turn it down, which helped, but it was still super loud.
