The lady in the front needs to go! She gives poor and terrible service on the register. Not to mention she handles food and cash at the same time with no gloves. Shes always on the restaurant phone talking to friends or something because shes gossiping way too much to be taking orders. Theres been plenty of times she takes orders while still on the phone. Idk it just looks so tacky this woman cant use her damn cell phone for private calls and uses a company phone talking to god knows who while people are waiting for their food. Ive only seen the owners step out once. To greet customers and they seemed like sweet humble people. I believe theyre the ones working in the kitchen while this lazy rude woman worksin the front. I dont know if shes their daughter or not but shes a little too comfortable behind the counter. She never smiles and greets the customers never have i ever seen be hospitable towards the patrons. Only towards men. The food is expensive now. The order of fries is 2.75 and i promise you a small 99cent order from mcdonalds would fill you up more yhan what they serve you. So this time i asked her to tell the cook to fill the box cause it was very little. Promise to god my last order was less than half the box! It was pitiful for 2.75. She smirked and laughed at me saying she would let them know. It was really rude the way she said it too. Then she said extra fries then? I said yes. Not knowing she charged me 1.50 on top of the 2.75 making the small to go box fries 4.25 i waited lividly for my food amazed this woman charged me extra! So when my food was ready i came back to the counter and demanded to know why she was charge 4.25 for fries then when i finally removed the box from the bag i was not surprised to see the same amount as before. I chewed that woman out and demanded my money back! And get this she didnt even put it back on my card! She paid me cash. The lazy woman doesnt know how to refund credit card money. Please get rid of this awful rude lady and put someone else up front or you will lose more...

The food is pretty good. Not the best but it’ll do.... The 2 people that work there which is a guy , and the female worker that works the front counter she has a very dry attitude every time we come in there , and is only VERY VERY VERY attentive to the male workers that go in. If your a women trying to go in there and eat don’t expect much service from her . Went in there with my mother my sister and niece on Saturday (Nov.28,2020) in the mid afternoon . there were 3 other tables that had nothing but men at them and she passed us to go to those other 3 tables that had men at them just to ask them “ Esta bien todo?”with the biggest smile on her face ((for my english speakers means “is everything okay?”)) and looked at us directly after and walked to the back of the restaurant. Overall the workers aren’t professional....

This is a great spot to grab some good food. If you're in the area this restaurant is worth a visit. Very rarely get disappointed after coming here. Their salsa is so good and spicy. Food is filling and tasty. If your wanting mexican food definitely stop by and treat yourself. Churros can be a hit or a miss. Tres leches cake taste amazing. Great selection of drinks. This place is a regular spot for me, I come every other week.

Would like to update saying I would not recommend their Horchata drink. They've watered it down so much it is not worth the money. Out of the 5 times of getting a churro only 2 of those times were the churro actually hot/warm. Tres leches cake is still good but not as good as it was when I first came here. I just hope they don't cut too many corners...
