After 10 minutes of sitting curbside waiting for someone to bring out my food after checking in, I attempted to called the store to let them know I was outside at curbside pickup. No one answered the phone after 4-5 minutes of being on hold. I then went inside of the restaurant to get my order myself. I was greeted by Justine. I asked her if curbside was still available. She replied that if they aren’t too busy then it is. I then asked if the phone was working or not. She then said the same thing that if they aren’t too busy to answer the phone. I advised to her that I had been sitting outside and also called and no one ever answered the phone. I advised to her that as a customer it would be appreciated to have some type of communication if they are unable to bring the food out for curbside. Justine continued to use the excuse of it being available if they aren’t busy instead of acknowledging that a customer would have no idea if they are busy or not. All the a customer know is that they checked in for curbside and no one is coming out nor are they answering the phone. At no point did she take accountability for the poor customer service nor did she apologize for anything until I brought it to her attention, but even that did not seem to be genuine.
And to speak ok her excuses of the them being busy….there was only one person waiting to be seated and the restaurant was no where near full when I walked in. As a matter of fact, when I walked in Justine (who is the manager) and another associate was standing near the front...
Read moreIt is always interesting visiting diners at night. Usually, the general experience would be a calm atmosphere, with a cozy feeling and comforting food. This experience was far from that. Upon arrival, we were greeted, told the wait time (45 minutes, as they were doing shift changes, which is reasonable) and seated with some menus to choose our food while we waited. All was well, it seemed like it would become yet another wonderful experience, we were given our food, with some minor mistakes, which was no big deal, I'd just let them know when they pass by, right? Well, wouldn't you know, the staff went as fast as they came! It went from sounding like it would become busy in no time to an almost eerie-like silence. We had no idea where the staff went, which was a little inconvenient, since we wanted to correct the mistakes in our food and maybe get some refills on our drinks. We waited for about 10-15 minutes, constantly hoping that someone would come by, but grew tired after a bit, gave up on trying to get ANY service and accepted the outcome. Not only was this a very disappointing experience, but our food also seemed like it was made in a rush. I don't think I've ever seen pancakes thinner than the ones served here. Overall, I give it 2 stars. I'd make it one star, but I think there was some effort at...
Read moreIf I could give them a Zero I would. The customer service is horrible and so is the pricing for the food portion. My hubby ordered boneless fried chicken instead he received chicken fried steak. I ordered beef tips with mash potatoes and gravy. When my food came to the table it was in a small portion that was literally for a Toddler the meal itself cost 12.49 before tax. So my hubby went and talked to the manager and cook the cook attitude was super snobby he got frustrated and threw the menu back on the counter. Then after I sent my food back because I refuse to pay almost $15 for a meal that look like it's for Toddlers. So I end up ordering what my hubby had. But after they finally bought us the rest of our food while the other food was cold from waiting on them, they never checked on us again they constantly bounced around us to different customers we had to stop the waiter in order to get a to go container and our check which we watch the waiter after she gave us our to go container cater to everyone else while we spent 10-15 minutes waiting on our check. Then the waiter apologized for the screw up but to me it wasn't ginuine or we wouldn't of been getting ignored the rest of the times we were there. I just know we'll never...
