I booked with Martha in January 2019 for my February 2020 Wedding. Talk about individual care, business professional and top quality of service and product! Martha and her team made me and my Husbands Wedding Day a complete success. We didn't have much decorations other than our seating chart, guest book and a few signs here and there. Out main focus was florals. We wanted the feel of our wedding to be romantic, elegant and timeless. Martha and her team delivered just that! I remember the first time we met with her. We told her the colors we wanted which were burgundy, pinks and greenery. That is all I had to say. Martha just started free hand drawing designs and showing us specific flowers in season during our wedding time frame. I was blown away at how quickly she took just the colors we had chosen and turned then into a full on masterpiece in just a matter of minutes. I'd like to say I was a pretty calm bride. I trusted each and every vendor we decided on! Martha was spot on with everything, she thought of things I hadn't even thought of! The week of the wedding her and I communicated frequently and this truly eased my nerves with the day approaching. I highly recommend Martha and her team, her family! Her products and attention to detail is phenomenal and her personality is even better. I can't wait for more milestones in my life to take place just so I can work with her again! Around late march or early April of 2021 I sent an inquiry seeking a florist for a bouquet and boutonnières for my small wedding. After talking to her on the phone I was a bit offended by the comments that were made, for example, "why are you just now seeking a florist". After telling her what I was looking for I stated that I only wanted a bridal bouquet and about 8 boutonnières for my future husband and his groomsmen. She later told me to send her an email when I had already had her on the phone, but I kind of understood since it was a small order. On April 5th 2021, I had emailed her apologizing for not being clear on what I wanted and that I might have made my order confusing on our phone call. I proceeded to send inspiration that I was looking for but to my surprise I did not receive any follow up It was clear that they did not want my business. I waited to do this review mainly because I am reflecting on my experience searching for vendors while wrapping up for my wedding. Probably the worst customer service I've received while planning my wedding. Sent her an initial email which she did not respond to until I messaged her through instagram a week or two later. Called her and she seemed like she didn't want to help me just because I'm not planning on doing floral centerpieces, just bouquets and boutonnieres. Nevertheless, she told me to email her more details which I did. I still wanted to be optimistic and sent her an email asking for the next steps to hire her (a contract). This was over a week ago and still haven't heard from her. The reviews on here about her customer service are very accurate so I decided to go somewhere else for my flowers.
