I appreciate the convenience of how close taco bell is from where I live and I would highly dislike if they closed down for my review on my experience. Last month my husband and I went for some tacos and the lady who took our order was extremely nice and our to-go order was perfect except one thing. There was a head hair in one of my tacos. It was awful but I just took it out and tried real hard to forget the insident. Today we went to the same place, ordered to-go and again everything was perfect except one thing. There was yet another hair in my taco. From first glance it looked to be a pube hair but I tried yet again to just throw it and continue my dinner forgetting all about the insident. Now I believe in second chances and will allow the busines to make corrections on requiring their workers to wear the hair nets because the many times I have gone, only the person who looks to be the managers has hers whereas the other employers do not. I am simply writing this review to have this matter addressed because if I return to the location and the employers do not have their hair nets and I find yet another hair in my food, then I will make sure the taco bell at this location gets shut down.    Read moreI pulled into the drive-thru order our food then. Went home. When I opened the bag the order was wrong so I immediately got my receipt and called the store and got no answer. We didn't eat the food because it wasn't able what we ordered and it was inedible. The next day I called them got no answer. Same day around 9pm I drove back to TB drive-thru. Spoke with cashier about a refund he asked I had the food I said yes then said he couldn't give refunds only the big manager which wasn't there until the next day. Came back Sunday morning waited no less than 10 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me finally. Spoke to the Lady manager who at first didn't want to give me a refund because the food had been gone through. Also that big manager didn't give refunds. I proceeded to tell her that I wanted my money back she physical went through the 3 day old bag making comments as if I was trying to get over on them I had to tell this lady that I didn't care what she did I wanted nothing less than a refund. She acted like I was bothering her so I told her to call whoever she needed to police, the president etc. So she finally gave me my refund and proceeded to tell me never come back to their store.    Read moreEvery time we go here, they are slow and incompetent. Today was the last straw. We were in the drive thru and it was pretty full, we figured that it wouldn't take too long, since they weren't THAT slow...or so we thought. It was pretty slow going and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt the whole way to the menu. I was saying, "It's late and people are probably getting a lot." We get to the screen and see the guy in front of us took that long getting less than $10 worth of food, that was my thought. No one came up on the speaker for a while, so we took the time to figure out our food. We say we're ready, no answer. I'm still saying things like, "They had a lot of people in line, they are probably under staffed and catching up, it is late after all." After a little while, someone speaks, finally. We started saying our order and they kept interrupting us, "What?" "Huh?" After they finally understand us, the screen pops up and they didn't get the box we told them we wanted OVER 5 TIMES!
