Shame zero stars isn’t an option. The women working refused us service. We weren’t belligerent, we weren’t drunk. I really didn’t appreciate the suggestion that I could go to the 7/11 if we wanted to enjoy some wine. The women were all older, and honestly way too sanctimonious. We were 4 friends wanting to share 1 bottle of wine. I do, however, recommend the place next door, Eno’s.
Thanks Bob- the only thing I noticed that separated us from the rest of the guests and bar staff was our age. We’re far from retired. Regardless, we went next door and didn’t have any issues being served. And no- it wasn’t a 7/11. ;)
Most bar staff know if they think someone is truly past their limit you don’t: Tell them they’re drunk Suggest a place where they can find more alcohol (especially not a convenience store)

Read moreWhat is really happening here?? We showed up asked if we could sit inside they told us no because a tour bus was on the way, sounds strange right? Well here we are sitting outside and walking inside everytime we need a different wine and not once did anyone come to see if we needed anything.Fast forward.. several other groups start to show up bringing outside pizza from next door and just sitting around hanging out. Now the lady from inside comes out and starts asking all these other folks(white people) if she can bring them water or do they want to order from the menu. Why is it we been sitting here for well over an hour serving ourselves and no tour bus showed up or didn’t anyone offer bringing us water or even wine. This place really showed themselves today and I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone. Your color matters...
Read moreThis was a great first time experience largely due to Patty's pleasant and personable personality and interaction with me and my friend. She was above and beyond awesome. I would revisit anytime that she's there. The wine tasting was excellent as well as the flat bread. After Patty's shift was up, the two younger ladies checked on us a couple of times. But the red headed older lady pleasantly greeted white customers that were there and that were coming in. She never once acknowledged, greeted us, asked if we were good or needed anything. This definitely made me feel some kind of way. When you work at a public establishment, you sign up to provide good customer service to ALL customers. Something clearly she didn't care to extend...
