First, we started off wrong the moment that I entered the door tonight and the young man whom I didn't get his name (Caucasian teen) was extremely unfriendly, rude and showed no customer service .
I took a while to place my order thru app b/c it was not accepting my promo code for the current free crazy bread promo offer.
I approached the cashier the young Caucasian gentleman to explain what was going on and he said that they did not have control of what was going on with the app. Thats when I requested for a manager and a young lady by the name of Alejandra assisted me and took care of the issue.
After many minutes of waiting I received my pizzas and cheesy bread and needless to say after driving 25 min I got home and the pizza did not have tomato sauce and if it did it was very faint to the eye.
So, I decided to call to inform them about my situation, multiple people randomly got on the phone and unmuted the phone (giving me access to listen to how they were talking about me amongst them and my complain) I even heard them say is she on mute? as they gave me the run arounds about Alejandra and finally Daniel answered I was told that Alejandra was no longer there.
Daniel requested that I send him pics of the pizza with no cheese and that it better not be a pic from the internet b/c he can tell and that I needed to return to their location with the pizzas and that depending on if they can validate that I am being truthful and can prove up my complaint that they will refund ny money or pizzas.
I stressed to Daniel that I was 25 minutes away and that was our dinner. Daniel said that he had a job to do and customers to attend that there was nothing more that they can do.
Daniel was very abrupt throughout my entire explanation by the time our conversation was over that was another 30 minutes. The final statement Daniel made was that Alejandra said that she made sure the pizzas were correct b/c she stood there as they made them.
To sum it all this food establishment is run by a bunch of rude, careless, unprofessional teenagers with no customer service and to make it worst extremely long waits.
I hope that my complaint reaches out to the store manger and that something is done about their employees customer service.
I never requested a free pizza or my money in return I was only calling to make the complain on the money that I spent $10 for the pizzas and I would've spent more in time and gas to have returned and that was our dinner as I also stressed to Daniel but w/his abruptness he never got to understand or listen to me "I only expected what I paid for pepperoni Pizzas with sauce" Horrible...
