This is a great gym for athletes as it has almost everything you need for a strength and conditioning program. All new equipment and very clean facilities. Every lifting rack and platform has its own set of weights, barbell, bench, foam roller, and other mobility items. Read moreGreat gym where you rent your own rack for an hour. 24 hour access with some staffed hours at the usual morning/evening peaks. All racks have safeties, a full set of bumper plates, change plates, and a crate of various accessories. There are some extra accessories floating around for use, like a dip attachment. The stations are always organized the same and folks seem to respect putting it back together. There are a couple showers as well, though I have not tried those yet.
