McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

on 4th of July 2018 I had three coupons that my man gave me, we were unable to bbq, so he gave these coupons for us to use. One was expired and I had two other ones, one for my daughter and the other for my son. Our intentions were to dine-in at the restaurant n after my seven-year-old daughter was gonna play at the playground but when we made it there and I tried to use our coupons, it clearly states on the coupon that it's one coupon per person but when I get to this McDonald's ms Victoria who is the rudest lady on the planet she says it's one coupon per day and my boyfriend had just came to this McDonald's 30 minutes before I came and he tried to use a coupon also and the same rude Mexican lady Veronica said "well you have to purchase something first before you can use the coupon" and my boyfriend red at the bottom exactly what it stated and it did not say anything like that,

anyways she just makes up her own rules at this mcds. So bac to me and my kids, I read the coupon out loud to her to verify that it didn't say anything about one coupon per day. it clearly stated one coupon per person, but she was just not going to honor our coupon at all and there was people in this restaurant staring at the whole situation as she turned me n my family down.

I really don't appreciate this lady being so rude and disrespectful in front of my kids and other customers. I wasn't even worried about me eating but it was 4th of July granted I'm trying to use a coupon to get something for free but I could have had 2 3 $400 in my pocket but if McDonald corporation is disturbing these coupons any McDonald's is supposed to honor whatever it says on the coupon if not that's just false advertisement.

I tried to explain to the lady that this is what it says and she kept saying no she's not going to take the coupon and I asked to speak to a manager or corporate and she said she is not going to let me talk to them and she turned her head and went back to doing what she was doing while me and my kids were still standing there feeling so embarrassed as the people are around us staring at us and I am so angry that this lady would be so rude and disrespectful to her customers.

I will never go in that McDonald's ever again with my family the next time I go to this McDonald's it will be Veronicas termination day. she is the worst disrespectful person I've ever met. I hope she gets what's...

I encouraged any Hispanic person that has been mistreated to not come to this establishment anymore, because they’re malinchistas. I put a bad review 6 months ago because they just couldn’t make a proper burger, but today I experienced a type of racism with the workers, I placed my order in the kiosk with table number 30, and a short lady that has been working there for years screamed at the top of her lungs 30, I went to grab my food even though is policy that they’ll bring you the food to your table, I explained to her that fact and the manager told me they were very busy, so I understood; I am Hispanic person just like them, and there was a Caucasian couple with the table number 10, the same short lady brought the food to them, while there was a line of 3 vehicles on each side of the drive thru; not only she had the time to bring the food but to also greet some of her friends, tell me how is that not discrimination. I used to eat there at least 6 times a month but racist employees are not getting anymore...

Don't go and try to do business at this place obviously there's a bunch of foolishness going on third night in a row I pulled up to get a chocolate shake and they told me the machine is not working when an actuality is they cut the machine off so instead of them telling me that they tried to insult my intelligence by saying that's not working so I asked for the manager's name they didn't want to give it to me I asked for the guys name that I was speaking to you on the microphone he stopped talking to me so then I had to pull up and tap on the window totally not getting my order like this some kind of a joke so then the kid says to me hey you're tripping I'm like no kid you're tripping because you're working making McDonald's like a bunch of clowns I'm not working so I'm not tripping you think you're in a position of power young man naive basically this place considers themselves and their desires greater than customer needs quite frankly it's management poor management equals...
