IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THIS STORE NEED TO READ THIS!! Really bad experience I won’t be coming over again, do to the bad experience I had. The first time I came here to order, the boy that took my order had a hard time understanding and helping me order my food do to he really didn’t understand what I was saying first, I had to switch my language, they completely got my order wrong, didn’t pay to much attention because everyone makes mistakes. 2nd time came to get food again, went exactly the same way the guy couldn’t get my order right again. This time I asked if they were hiring, they didn’t seem to like or help to much in the information on how to apply to work there. Either way they gave me the store number so I could apply online and I did, had the interview with the “store manager” told me she will contact me if there was any availability. Kept coming back to order food, again the personnel was really rude, I order my food this time with the lady and got my order wrong, drinks wrong, no napkins, no tray knowing the food was to eat inside had to ask for all of that because they weren’t doing their job right, there was a lady next to me told me that is always like that, i figured. I get my order after asking all that and came back to my fries not being served the correct way, whole space for large fries, went back and told the fries are not supposed to look like that there is and specific amount in each size of fries and it has to be done how it is, large fries with no fries in there. Had to come back and tell them and they fixed it, came back and there were no napkins again in my happy and my order too. Had to stand back again to go back and tell them I didn’t have napkins. Really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner of this store need to put order in this place, I have worked in a McDonald and was about to be a manger but got out bc of high school. Last night I ordered 2 ten piece spicy nuggets meals First I didn’t get my sauces which I asked for typical mistake no worries right!!! then one of the fries was turned upside down in the bag which made them all scatter in the bag the fries were cold but I went along my way, I got by Tom Thumb and looked again in my bag and I noticed I didn’t get my apple pies so I went back to get them, at the speaker I told the guy I didn’t get my pies so he asked me to pull around, Instead of the guy giving them to me thru the first window where you pay so I could exit and leave he never even opened the window I had to wait in line again which made my food extra cold Then when I got home the nuggets were old I am not a person to complain and I really don’t want folks to lose their job so I rarely ever complain because I know how dealing with the public can be, but that was cold service I spent 20.00 on a meal I didn’t even eat I understand the weather is bad at this time so I try to be understanding but that’s not how you do paying customers I’ll never return to this location Every time I go just about someone is rude if you ask for something they forgot to add in the bag and I always have to order my fries with no salt there just so I know my fries will be fresh it should not depend on what time of day you go for fresh food and good customer service The times I’ve gotten breakfast it has always been good but around the evening and night time you will...

This place is utterly disgusting. It's literally the worst McDonald's restaurant that I've ever been to. This place gave my fiance ce and our children a stomach virus. They have horrible customer service. While in the drive through placing our order I had to tell the cashier 6 times that I'd like for all of the happy meals to have orange juice. When I got to the window she called the order off again and it was still incorrect. Once corrected, I paid for the meal and pulled to the next window where I was given soday for my toddlers. I nicely told the young lady that I asked for juice and she rolled her eyes stating "well you ordered orange fanta". I was appalled. I then told her that I'd tried to correct the young lady whom took the order previously. I just want apple juice with the kids meals. My toddlers do not drink soda, because it isnt good for childrens teeth. This young lady finally gave me the juice and our meals. Once we made it him the kids meals had patties that looked to be 3-4 hours old. My children at their fried, drank their juices, and ate apple slices for dinner. Only for the family to wake up the next morning with diarrhea! I'll never return to this place. I'll go to any other other, but this one is a disgrace to Ronald McDonald's name.
