McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Went here after getting back from a news year's party in Arlington. It looked like they only had one person working on new year's. Our food was so messed up I couldn't even eat it. We were supposed to get two McChickens and a small fry. Instead we recieved 1 spicy McChicken, 1 McDouble, and a small fry. All the food was old, crusty, and cold. We went here because Taco Bell and Jack in the Box had a line that was wrapped around. Now I know why the McDonald's line was so little. 🤦‍♀️ Even with it being a smaller line it still took at least 30 minutes to get through that line. I honestly think we should've just went to Jack. I regret coming here and I'll be bringing their sorry excuse of food back today. I want my money back! I won't be coming back here unless I know there's managers working and it's during the day. The night shift employee, I think his name is Carlos. Sorry man if I got that wrong. This guy is awesome. He always greets me by name and adds a personal touch just by simple quick conversation. I say quick because it doesn’t take long to pay and get the order. He always is professional, precise, friendly and makes the experience that much better. My order tasted great. In my opinion, the gentlemen working tonight is a true leader. He is the perfect example of a genuine person and leader. To him, I say thank you. Keep doing what you are doing. Bad service!! This has always been my main McDonald's that i've always been too. This has always been on top of their stuff but they've gone downhill. The soda machine by the new entrance does not taste good. They do not have ANY gas and just taste like sugary water. The Powerade taste like water with LITTLE flavoring. THE WATER ITSELF DOES NOT TASTE LIKE WATER, in fact, it tastes like dirty filtered water. The place is all sticky and nasty from the inside. The food.. oh my lord. The food was horrible, it seems like the burgers were not cooked properly, and not to mention how they mixed our sauces. How do you give us honey mustard and ranch when we asked Buffalo and BBQ.
