Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Walked in this location and stood there and stood there and stood there and couldn’t get any service. I had to walk to the other side and asked what does it take to get served and this Africa American guy walked up and threw his hands up and got bug eyed and said whoa, no reason for the attitude and I said I don’t have one he said yes you do you soon too much and I said well you have a door bell for a reason. At that point he snatched the pizzas up and started yelling at me that he refused service to me and that he was the manager and could refuse any service to anyone. Proceeded to take someone else’s order then went to take mine again and the gentleman that he took the order of said to me that he didn’t know I needed to order and I was explaining to him that the worker had refused to serve me and the worker again started yelling at me that I was causing a scene and he was not going to serve me yet again and that he was going to be calling the cops on me and I told him go ahead and call them. I said I need these two pizzas for my sons party and he said obviously you don’t bc you are making a huge scene. He finally took my money and I got change back. I grabbed the pizzas and said I said I will be making a call to corporate and will be making a review and walked away. Worst visit I have ever had. Ask for Italian cheese bread and they said it was not available due to being a lunch item only and when I asked why it was not advertised as a lunch item the cashier responded with; it is because we are offering the Quatro pizza and no longer serve it after lunch. So I ordered 4 cheese pizzas and a deep dish cheese with no sauce. The cashier then stated they did not have enough dough to make it. I then asked for a cheese pizza with no sauce and the cashier acted like it was a problem. On my receipt I was charged for a custom order with no sauce and extra cheese. The pizza I received barely had any cheese on it. I go to little Cesars often due to the fact that I can feed the whole family without breaking the bank. Most of the time I don't have an issue with Little Caesars locations. But this specific location seems to be pretty reclusive each time I've visited. The staff don't communicate very much with customers, and always seem to argue in the back. There was one point I remember 4 different customers that arrived for pickups, and the location hadn't even started any of them. And while scrambling to put them together, got the customers mixed up. Recently, I was calling in for a question. Whoever was there picked up the phone and put it back down to stop the ringing! After 2 more calls, I was finally answered by helpful staff. I usually wouldn't expect much for cheap quality food, but this is especially ridiculous... This is probably one of my lowest rated reviews I've done. Again, I don't usually expect much, but come on.
