Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

This subway is very unprofessional! We ordered 3 foot long subs and my husband picked them up from the location in the strip mall as Kroger and when we finally were able to eat we noticed something that resembled long burnt plastic that was cooked inside the subs and hanging out about 2 inches. Spoke with a supervisor by the name of JP he was rude and nasty and very unapologetic about this issue at hand. Then he proceeds to tell us to bring the food back as if we were gonna eat them. So I took the food back the next day and handed them to him. So he looked at them and pulled the items out and dropped them on the floor. So he tells me that he isn’t gonna refund me my money and that he’ll remake them as if I would trust any food from that location. Then he tells me take your money and don’t ever return. I said to him I wouldn’t ever come back here nor would I ever eat their food after finding the plastic, and the hair in the food! Good good riddance hey Siri, how do you spell good riddance! This subway is by far the cleanest subway I have ever been to. Everything from the cutting boards/counters to the restrooms everything is always whipped down and almost spotless. Even the quality of the food is definitely so much better than other subways. Out of all the times I have eaten at this subway I have never had a time where the food was subpar. Food was disgusting and sloppily prepared and the salads were soggy with no dressing! When I called the store the manager proceeded to argue with me and tell me, the customer, I was wrong. He never tried to assist me with my problem or find a solution. Poor food service and customer service skills.
