Our first experience was on a Friday night for dinner. Brazilian steak house, modern setting. I reserved a table for 2 by the window and that is exactly what I got. I had to wait a few minutes for them to clear the tables but was sat promptly by our reservation time.
For dinner it is an AYCE unlimited salad bar, sides and 12 different types of meat!
The menu also has several appetizers (extra) and desserts (also extra charge), alcoholic beverages (extra).
You and your guests get a round card that you will flip green on the table when you are ready for the servers to bring you different cuts of meats and red when you need a break, just like other Brazilian steak houses. The space between tables were perfect I think it was spread out enough where you were not too close to other tables and still had some sort of privacy.
Dinner itself: the 12 cuts of meats that rotates through your table with different servers, our table waiter Luis was soooo fantastic and kind, honestly made our entire experience so fun! We definitely will be going back to him! Anything my fiancé and I wanted to try he would get, he was so attentive! My fiancé and I wish we were able to eat more and more! 11/12 meats were amazing. Only the chicken wrapped with bacon was sub par, it was dry for us specifically but might have been better for others as they cook them fresh through the night. My fiancé and I prefer our meats medium rare to rare, whatever you ASK for the servers will do their best to bring you the meat the way you like it cooked. I see many reviews that say meat was over cooked or undercooked which I don’t understand when they ask you how you would like your meat… if you don’t speak up then how are they going to know what you want??? You cannot blame them for your lack of voice. That is the beauty of meat, it can be cooked to YOUR liking. Personally anything over medium is not my style.
My favorite was the lamb chop, filet mignon and their house Picanha! Cooked perfectly to MY liking, and the flavors and spices were fantastic.
The unlimited table mashed potatoes were so so good. I couldn’t get enough of that. I think my fiancé and I are through 3-4 servings of it throughout dinner.
We had a whole pitcher of white sangria, which was amazingg! 10/10.
Salad bar: also very clean, very good, beautiful set, everything was delicious that I tasted myself.
Overall I think for service and cleanliness and even food, it’s way better than Fogo De Chao. Texas de Brazil (Dallas) overall has possibly more selection in meat (amount of quality in meat could be better for their brand), however the service does not exceed our expectations there, Texas de Brazil had pooooor wait staff service and they put as many tables and made us felt suffocated.
12 cuts exceeds our expectations in all areas of...

The staff is so nice. I didn't tell anyone it was my birthday so I know they weren't putting me on. They were very positive and kind and upbeat and fun. I really liked that even though we were in a fine dining restaurant that the staff wasn't robotic. I have been to other fine dining restaurants where the servers were stiff and didn't smile and just acted like they were following a script, but not here. They were accommodating and sweet and very helpful when we had dumb questions. This place really has a great staff.
The food is amazing. The salad bar is impressive and there are many options to choose from, and it's very clean and pretty. The salad dressing choices were great. That house dressing, whatever it is, was unbelievable. Next time I go I'm determined to try the basil one.
The meats were incredible. I swear to God, the second we flipped our little tabs over to indicate that we were ready for meat, 3 or 4 servers would swarm and overwhelm us (in a good way) with food. Each slice of meat was beautiful. It's art, actually - the way the flavors mix and meld and how GOOD it all was.
At the end, my boyfriend let it slip that it was my birthday and we were given a choice of desserts. I chose creme brulee. And let me tell you, I think I died and must have been in heaven. I love creme brulee as it is; I'll eat good, bad, and in between. I have had a lot of creme brulee in my culinary time. Lord, that was some darn good custard. And they had written "happy birthday" in chocolate surrounding the ramekin, which made me smile. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for not making a big deal out of my birthday other than that one act of kindness.
I'm blown away. I never do fancy restaurants. We have previously been to a fine dining restaurant in Fort Worth that made us feel extremely out of place and uncomfortable, and it left a really bad taste in my mouth for fine dining in general. But this place really was a completely different experience. I loved our servers, I loved the food, and I loved the restaurant. I cannot...
Read moreI regret this experience deeply. I DO NOT recommend that you try them for your first churrascarria experience because if you have any taste at all it will completely put you off on the whole concept! I truly wish I had gone to Fogo de Chao instead! We made a reservation for 12 cuts ahead of time. Upon our arrival we were asked if we would be willing to sit at a table they had obviously shoved against a wall near the kitchen door the central pathway and just beside the salad bar where there are tons of people milling about. You could tell this was the emergency fallout table they had just thrown into the worst possible spot in the place. The woman asked me if we'd mind sitting at this table as they had reserved a large party in the dining rooms. (OMG I won't even mention the racial implications as that would be in poor taste not that these people know anything about taste. ) pushing on... We had made our reservation just as this party had. So my answer was yes I mind please sit us at a regular table. We ordered cocktails which were watered down. The salad bar was nice though limited. The meats were just terrible. Everything was over cooked and over seasoned. The lamb was literally cooked to death. The filet was salty.... and honestly they should be ashamed to call themselves 12 cuts I think I saw maybe 7. Only touched 2 of them and it was awful. The manager who was running around the dining area had a smarmy attitude and it was super apparent that they only like attending to large parties from their community. I'll never dine here again. I'll never recommend the place. You can tell the majority of their good reviews come from their neighborhood family and friends who are all at that party that filled their dining rooms that night. (BTW we were leaving as the party was coming in so where we sat shouldn't have even been a concern to them) if I could give them zero stars I would. This place is rated in my TOP THREE WORST DINING EXPERIENCES DON'T WASTE...
