I wanted to share my recent and extremely disappointing experience at your restaurant. I received an email from Raising Cane’s promoting a BOGO offer in celebration of Father’s Day, available to Caniac Club members. Naturally, I stopped by to redeem the offer, only to be told by the cashier that it “wasn’t popping up.”
He then called over someone who appeared to be a manager. Unfortunately, his demeanor was very dry, and he avoided eye contact throughout our interaction. I showed him the email I received, and he told me the promotion wasn’t on my card, so he couldn’t honor it. I explained that I’ve been a loyal customer and Caniac Club member with over 139 visits, which he confirmed. Still, he insisted the deal couldn’t be applied.
The email stated that the offer was for all Caniac Club members, yet it was denied even with clear proof of membership and loyalty. This felt not only dismissive but misleading—what was advertised as a universal promotion clearly turned out to be something else.
I’m incredibly disappointed in the way this was handled. I will not be returning to this location, and unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be supporting Raising Cane’s. Sending out broad promotional emails and then failing to honor them at the store level is unacceptable and feels like false...
Read moremy friend and i normally love this location and go here often. a lot of the time we order ahead on the app and pick up in the drive through and have never had issues doing so. tonight, though, a manager would not give us our food unless we came inside. neither of us were really looking appropriate enough to be in public (hence the drive thru pick up) but we went in anyways and they gave us our food instantly; no problem. so why couldn’t they have just given it to us at the window??? this delay may very well be the reason why our drinks were extremely watered down when we got them🤩 i honestly never leave google reviews and it would’ve been fine if the manager had just told us why we can’t pick it up in drive through, like i asked, but he just blew me off. i asked why we couldn’t get our food there and he just repeated the same response as though i was some child he was having to manage. would really appreciate some understanding on why this is a policy instead of being dismissed by a crusty reddit lord not wearing his...

No masks or masks under noses, wrong order given, fries ice cold, NO ice in either drink, nasty attitude from worker (same large woman noted below) when she found out she gave me the wrong order (tried to hand me a single chicken tender - but my order was $17 and included 2 Box dinners with drinks), five employees were standing around at 2nd drive thru window doing nothing except laughing and talking (no wonder my order was wrong). Large woman yelled at me with a very bad attitude when I asked for the 2nd sauce that was now missing from the replaced order. - So I tossed the extra sauce and drinks since I figured she spit in them. Disgusting and horrible attitude. Might have been forgettable if the food had been decent - but, sadly, it was bad as well.
