I came here around 9 PM today and for just a simple planner and I only had one thing to check out. Unfortunately when I go to the checkout lane there is only one cashier and she was occupied with a customer who apparently she brought something back that’s not in the system. So I stood there for about a good 15 minutes and the cashier felt bad so she called someone else to the front. And at that moment a lady really cut in front of me and it was an employee from the store. So apparently an employee has more importance than a customer. And I was patient I stood there for about 10 more minutes while she flipped around for gift cards that she was looking in her wallet to pay for her $3 item. I got to the point where I got a bit frustrated and I just put the planner on the register and left considering I stood there for about 25 minutes and didn’t even have someone attend to me it’s pretty outstanding including the employee rudely cutting me off. Nothing bothers me truly but it’s just unprofessional and the other cashier apologized explaining she called another cashier to the front for me to be attended. I told her it’s OK don’t worry about it I won’t be here again mainly because of the distance but now that I’ve actually been here I don’t think I will ever be here again because of the customer service, it’s truly such a shame because the selection...

There was an item on hold for a customer that we wanted to buy, but Sandy told us, "I want to be fair and will give you second dibs" since it was already on hold till 1PM. If the first buyer would not show up, then we had time till 3PM to purchase it. We agreed and left our phone # with her, and went home which is a bit aways. Well, the first buyer didn't show up so Sandy called us around 1:30 informing us that it is ours if we want to buy. I told her, Yeah, I will leave in around 15 minutes but I will be there before 3PM. She said sounds good. I get a call around 1:55PM from Sandy, and she tells me, I can't wait that long. There is someone interested in buying the item right now. I said, we agreed to have time till 3PM and if you are ready to sell someone right now, why didn't you sell it to us when we were there at the store? What happened to your concept of fairness? She just hung up. I called her back and she gave me something about "you can talk to my manager. she will call you ". And of course, the manager didn't call back. Very bad experience, and especially the "fairness" policy is whatever...
Read moreRude staff, horrible customer service. There were a few things during my recent visit. One being an employee barging down the walkway acting like I needed to get out the way, so I had to reverse back into an isle. She was rude, didn't even try to use the other side of the walkway as there was space and it wasn't busy/crowded in the store. When I went to check out, there were 4 registers with cashiers, only one was checking someone out; the other three were doing whatever, but they all saw me. No way they didn't see me, I was standing in front of one directly, and wearing an almost lime green shirt. When another person, a white woman, walked up in line behind me--they decided it was time to make another cashier available--but not just one cashier, but two--to make sure she was served and didn't have to wait. Wow, but I had to stand there while there were cashiers available up there. Normally I go to the location nearest me, the Allen location, but didn't want to deal with the busy store there--but I might just stick to going there because they have better selections and better...
