Yes, I did eat during the initial free-food pre-release prior to the soft open. And yet I stood resolute in that I would not give a review until I reviewed it AFTER I tried the food.

So this is me, coming here to give a review after I tried the food.

IF I can replace the pasta side-dish with seasoned vegetables in a classic plate. . . I might be coming here more often (and not because I don't like the pasta, but because I would rather have a more balanced plate nutritionally.)

Edit: Came back to check the above, and it turns out that the replacement of rice or pasta for vegetables is a dollar surcharge. That combined with the unfavorable pairing of the acrid and strong raw red onion with the veggies that don’t have much going on, is why it had to lose a star. Extremely** welcoming and attentive staff (which may not be for everybody but shows they care), and pretty good food to scratch a particular itch. But unfortunately for the price of its mixed dish, not a place I would consider...

My experience at Hawaiian Bros was truly outstanding, thanks to Brady! From the moment I walked in, Brady’s warmth and enthusiasm set the tone for an incredible visit. He’s not just an employee—he’s an ambassador for Hawaiian hospitality. Brady took the time to ask about my preferences, explain the menu in detail, and suggest dishes he thought I’d enjoy. He genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible.

Brady’s attention to detail was impeccable. Not only did he ensure my order was flawless, but he also checked back to make sure everything was perfect once I started eating. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and it made all the difference. The food was delicious, but Brady’s kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made my meal unforgettable. Hawaiian Bros is lucky to have someone like him on their team! I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait to tell my friends to visit and experience Brady’s incredible service for themselves.

Give this...

First time trying Hawaiian Bros today and no joke… 10/10.

I couldn’t decide what to get at first, but the two guys working were cool as hell. One of them saw me just standing there staring at the menu and was like “you ever been here before?” I said no, and they both recommended the Pacific Island Salad if I wanted something lighter but still filling.

I didn’t even know they had salads like that but I went with it, and bro… it was actually fire. The chicken was grilled and had that sweet Hawaiian flavor, and the salad itself was super fresh. Had pineapple, crunchy wontons, cucumbers—everything just worked. That dressing too? Kinda creamy but not heavy. It all just hit.

Whole spot had chill vibes, the food came out fast, and those two dudes definitely made the whole thing easier. No pressure, no weird attitude—just good energy. Would 100% go back. Solid 10/10. Salad was way better than I expected. Shoutout to those two dudes,...

This was my first time trying this chain. Food tastes fresh and the flavors were good. It's different from the other options nearby. Pros: The food comes quickly after you order and is nice and hot. The team did a great job of handling the chaos of a grand opening in spite of the rain. The grilled veggies were fresh and not overly oily. It's nice to get something fast that could be relatively healthy. Cons: The portion size was smaller than I expected for $11. I got a small lo-carb (veggies instead of rice/macaroni) and the portion wasn't really enough for a meal for me. The other person in my party got a normal small and it was a bit more filling, but pretty much mostly carbs. The iced tea is not fresh brewed but one of the machines that makes fountain iced tea to look like it could be brewed. Those always taste a bit off or plasticy.

Well it's two scoops. Man don't know how to scoop though! No weighting of anything= it's never the same=not right= no accountability= no proper process= everyone scoops different/ everyone thinks and sees each scoop differently two people with the same utensil and same food both scooping can hold up two completely different amounts of food so why are we still just 2 scooping. This is the least meat I've gotten at any locations even after the dude added a scoop. The aggrivation grew so much higher when watching his so called scoop as I watched and saw the tiniest little so called scoop barely even touching the scooper into the meat like someone trying to just barely scrap the icing off a cake.

I had been wanting to try this place, but it looked like no one was ever there. The layout of the building vs parking lot is unusual, resulting in that misconception. Since I was new to Hawaiian plate options, Christina was very helpful! She remained responsive during my whole visit. The dining room is expansive and very nice! I tried a mixed plate of Molokai Chicken and Honolulu Chicken. Both were delicious! And I tried all the sauces Christina brought to me. The Vivasol fountain drinks were like syrup to me, and I wasn’t thrilled by the Pepsi products. I will opt for water next time. But there will definitely be a next time!
