I had the most ghetto interaction at raising canes the first time i decided to try it. I drive in through one of the two entrances to try and go through the drive thru but there was a man pulling what i thought was a blue rope into the back of the restaurant ( later found out it was a blue hose or something ) and was keeping me and another car from entering that way so we drove around and entered the drive thru an alternative route. before i made it to the speaker a women ( i wasnt sure if she was even an employee by the way she was dressed ) bursts out the restaurant yelling at me and the car behind me i rolled down my window to understand what she was saying & she proceeds to yell that we needed to go through the other way i tried explaining to her the reason we couldnt go that way and she kept interrupting me and being so rude it got to the point she wouldnt let me speak so i had to start yelling back. she then told me i could talk to her manager if i wanted and gave me the managers name all while still being loud and rude. i told her there was a way to speak to people and that was not it i even asked her if she was having a bad day still trying to be comprehensive, it got to the point where one of her co workers had to step outside and ask her to go back inside. he apologized to me and let me explain to him the situation. I was disguisted at how i was treated infront of my children who didnt understand why a grown women was...
Read moreThe app allowed mobile ordering for pick up in store however the people working the store locked the store down ahead of closing time. I was forced to get into the drive thru line to pick up the order I had already paid for. There was only 1 car in the drive thru, I waited 10 minutes and it never moved and nobody came to the window. I had to call the store to find out what was happening, they said “we are working on making some hot food for that car” I let them know I had a mobile order and just needed to pick it up. They asked me to get out of the line and go back around to the other side and they would bring it out as it was ready. Drove around, sat for another 5-10 mins before having to call again to ask what was happening. They said it was “almost ready” now. A few minutes later someone came out, they didn’t have food, they wanted to know what we ordered so they could put it together. It took every bit of patience at this point. While parked waiting you could see what appeared to be a bunch of teenage employees just hanging out in the dining room, while the doors were all locked during business hours and no food...
Read moreToday is August 9th 2020 I have literally sat in the drive through here 4/15 minutes out in the street I actually called in on the telephone number and ask what the problem was because the line had moved for a solid 15 minutes they tell me oh we change shifts so we're cleaning the restaurant and the new shift is coming in now that's all good and I'm down with cleaning doing covid-19 however that is something you should tell people on your website and someone should be responsible for coming outside telling people in the drive thru so that they can make the decision whether or not to stay at least let your customers know or be aware of the situation and not just leave them hanging that is so considerate in this day and time seeing that you guys need our money we don't need yours this location really needs to pull its act together you're only serving chicken fries coleslaw bread and a drink the same items Chick-fil-A is selling and they have a much smoother transition for their drive-thru this is utterly ridiculous when people stop coming and supporting this location then they'll feel the...
