I ordered the weekend special. The store left out my lobster tail. I didn’t realize until I was home. I called. They told me they would need to review their cameras before agreeing to replace my lobster tail. They called me back and ultimately gave me a credit for the lobster tail. When I went to redeem by lobster tail I request to be compensated for the inconvenience of having an incomplete order and having to come back to the store due to their negligence. I asked for a corn and a potato to with the lobster tail and do you know they said not and that if I wanted anything additional I would need to pay. I said so there is nothing you can do for the inconvenience? She said she could not do anything. She said it would be breaking the rules and that she was already breaking the rules For me by replacing my lobster tail and that I should have checked my food. I told her that she was not in fact breaking any rules for me and that it was due to her workers that she even has to replace my order. She continued to say there was no compensation for the inconvenience not even a piece of corn or potato they would be willing to give me for the inconvenience. This order was originally $60. You spend all this money with these companies and they are not even willing to try to make any rights to their wrongs. Yes you are giving me what was left off but what about the inconvenience of it all. My meal was incomplete for one and we all know there is nothing like getting ready to eat and realizing all your food is not correct and for two I have to make another trip to this location, using additional gas, where I wouldn’t have had to do if my order is correct. These type of people never want to Make it right. If that is the case they need to make sure their workers NEVER mess up anyone’s order. It’s only right to compensate someone for their inconvenience, it shows you care about the customers and their experience and not just about $$$$. She then asked if I wanted to get any thing else besides the lobster tail. I told her no and I wouldn’t buy anything else from them. No one wants anything free but when you’re wrong it shouldn’t be a hassle to get a company to compensate you for their inconvenience. Especially when you spend that kind of money with them time and time again. In total I’ve been over $1000 with them over time. But it’s clearly all the money and not about customer service or customer...
Read moreDefinitely not what I expected tonight from a seafood restaurant that my family and I have been loyal to for years. When I’m asked about a good seafood place with good food drinks and great customer service Im so quick to mention Juicy seafood in Dallas. I want to shout out their greeter Jose for his warm welcoming, professionalism and making sure sports was on for us. Because that’s what we do faithful here at Juicy. Our service sucked, Leo was our server and I didn’t experience the best when it came to our food. Especially when I approached him nicely about the removal of these shrimp! As they tasted horrible, while he was to busy the shrimp sat there while we finished the rest of our food. But he never came back to complete my request. Now here’s the thing with me, my job is to let my server know about my meal, not go to the manager first to get him in trouble. I’m that type of person because I’m a leader myself. But some how she came and asked if I needed anything and I said I’m still waiting on the rest of my food, which has NOTHING to do with my seafood boil. Once we finished I told Leo our server again hey please remove the shrimp that you added off. He calls Sandra the manager, she is already defensive Here’s the thing I am not the type or person looking for discounts that’s the funny part. But for Leo to bring the manager Sandra to me and she was so unprofessional and showed no leadership what so ever. Leo lied to her and said I didn’t say to remove the shrimp early on, that’s a lie! I looked for the officer at this location just so he could witness this unprofessional service we received! Again I told her I would post review or report for this and I meant it. Because other customers had bad services as well and once I said that she said worry about myself. That’s when I stated don’t worry give me my check, I’ll make sure to address this! Also Sandra the manager please get with Leo because he came back and said he apologize for lying and poor service. So here it is, I just asked that you all take consideration of the amount of servers y’all have for the amount of ppl y’all service! Clearly it was about money to you. Which I suggest you take some leadership and customer service courses to better service your skills. I have never had this experience. Especially with us spending over $250 every month with y’all. Shrimps were black, dry, and smelly! So yes tonight’s...
Read moreBefore arriving to the restaurant I called ahead of time to make sure that we could be seated. The lady that answered the phone stated that she was still seating people. When we arrived at the restaurant it was about 3 minutes to 10:00 p.m. and we were greeted by a security officer that told us we would not be able to eat or be seated at that time. I told him that we called ahead and that we were told we would be seated, he said one moment let him check with the manager. The manager then came out to seat us. Once we got seated about 20 minutes in we received our food and the security officer came around all the tables and told us that we had about 30 minutes left before the restaurant closed. That did not sit right with us however we continued with our meal. We had about 9 minutes until 11 when we finish our meal and proceeded to walk outside. I was looking for the security officer so that I could tease him and tell him that we had 9 minutes left before 11 and that we made it out before 11 o'clock. When we walked outside the security officer asked us if we had our receipt. I thought that he wanted us to make sure we had our proof in case anything happened or we weren't billed correctly or something. I told him that I did have it and he asked me to see it. I said you need to see our receipt? He said yes its just one of these folks' crazy rules that they have in here. I replied yea that is crazy. I said we spend good money at this restaurant and then you insult us by asking us for receipt? So I showed the receipt. But I will never be back to Juicy's nor will our family ever be back to that restaurant. They do not appreciate the African American people that help to make them rich! Stop mistreating Black people! This would never happen in Frisco or Plano! Only...
