Amazing customer service! This is Isle, and I have a quick story. This beautiful lady knows that I want a large frozen orange juice with real strawberries and real pineapple with a spoon, even when I order a medium and even just by my voice usually, mind you, I use the drive thru on my way to work. Isle even knows what I like when a co-worker makes a drink run and orders this for me, she asked my co-worker who it was for, because she knew a young man who always orders it. Absolutely amazing to have that level of service in such a large city. Thank you so much, you made today especially special being that tomorrow is my bday, so I came by this morning to treat myself. Thank you.

Service is fast here for a sonic during the times that I’ve been at this location. I’ve never had a problem with my orders at this location with the exception of this evening. Our slushees had no juice and were nothing but slushed ice. I was upset at this because I went out of my way to go to this location due to the fast service. I hope next time the slushees are served properly. Over all, the location, staff and service is okay.

This was a quick bite and my experience was cool. I was actually reminded by the half off drinks where half off💯😁. So I actually got a Medium chili cheese tots, a double cheeseburger burger off the VALUE MENU 👀, a Medium Sweet Tea, and a Strawberry 🍓 and Cherry Slush 🤤 The inside was super clean, staff was friendly, and helpful so overall it was good for something quick and simple.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE 7/19/19* QUIT GOING TO THESE IDIOTS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET ORDERS CORRECT - WELL STARTED BACK BUT THIS WEEK THEY F#&KED UP TWICE - SO NO MORE !!!UPDATE* Picked up lunch for the office crew today (3/22/19), the idiots left out my chicken sandwich, but at least they let me pay for it. THAT WAS MY FINAL VISIT !!! ** Tried the new chili out today (1/9/19 11:20am) for lunch. The ad shows a loaded version with Fritos, onions and cheese. Guess they were out of Fritos huh? Found them missing when I got back to work to partake. Remember what Joe Pesci says they do to you at the drive-thru. Another thing - their "bowl" is more like a cup as far as size goes. So....this has got to be the worst sonic I have ever been to. Went through drive thru. Ordered a kids meal. It came with thier standard burnt hard as crap corn dog at this location. Help was polite till I asked for 5 ketchup packets and the girl....not a responsible adult rolled her eyes like it was a big deal. But I got my ketchup lol. The location is horrible. Run down gas station. With poor abandoned homeless people by our government. Then just worthless junkies who deserve nothing. Very bad neighborhood. I wouldn't go at night for sure and I used to live in the ghetto too lol. But overall.....horrible uuugh my...
