7-Eleven — Local services in Dallas

The bathrooms here are ridiculously filthy and contaminated. Women’s restroom doesn’t even have a lock on the door so no way to use it if you even dared. There was trash literally all along side the wall. Paper towels covered with blood. I almost mustered the stupidity to use this restroom, but care about my wellness too much. Told the “dad” of the store the restroom was disgusting. Was given the key to the men’s restroom and was somewhat hopeful by the assuring look the “dad” gave me. That restroom, although locked, was just as bad. Toilet was filled with pee, and feces surrounded the toilet bowl. Please stop giving this establishment your money if they are this filthy. No telling how contaminated everything else is in the store. Told the dad the other restroom was not much better and he just shrugged...

Everyone at this establishment is BAD BAD representation of this company. I love 7/11 all over but this particular location is close to me and every single day its war zone with the cashier. Today was my last time, I asked the guy to upload 5$ to my card, instead of communicating with me he only added 4$ and charging me one. I then just said ok just add one dollar and he said he couldn’t not. Okay well give me a refund because before he made an error I had exactly enough. It was a major inconvenience and this is everyday. Please hire whole new PROFESSIONAL TEAM. This whole store...

Zero stars. This place is trash. It’s a shame so close to a growing community and right by city hall and entertainment venues. The place is FILTHY - Like - FILTHY! There were 3-4 staff in there and they were talking so much - standing around- getting themselves drinks and blocking the soda machine while they slowly put lids on like 6 drinks. The beverage station looks like a crime scene- and there were extension cord hazards in the walkway. It even smells in there. I didn’t buy anything. Got my fuel, and left. What a shame!
