My recent experience at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas was absolutely outstanding, prompting me to write this glowing five-star review. This convention center truly sets the gold standard for hosting events of all sizes. It does get very cold 🥶 so be prepared!

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, making us feel welcome and valued. Jan2024: 4⭐: I could recommend this location. I came here today to attend an event that was billed as one for kids and adult enthusiasts alike. I was looking for posted signs of the event or anyone who could point me in the right direction of the event. It would seem that workers would be aware of events occurring on the days they are working. No workers were capable of giving us directions to find the venue. This was a mark against this location because of failures to keep personnel informed of what is occurring on their work days. Outside of those issues, the center was clean and functional at every turn. The restrooms were also clean when I or my family members went to make use of the facilities. Each of the people movers were all functioning while we were in the convention center as well.

Jan2024:1⭐: Brick Fest Live was a total waste of money and time. My kid said he wanted to leave and go to the Grapevine Lego store instead of being here at this event. I paid for VIP tickets and didn't receive anything "extra" stated in the description of the VIP package. This Brick Fest Live had a LOT of vacant spaces and build areas....
