Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

I've been to this location several times, I enjoyed coming here vs the actual store front bc the one at Kroger, WAS friendly and made the coffee GREAT!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER LDAY WHO'S REALLY NICE BC SHE IS NEEDED!! The lady from this morning, ignored me for 5 min as she washed dishes, an acknowledgement of be right with you is just being courteous, not ignoring... anyway she finally took my order first then my mom, even tho my mom was there first in line. Now I'm hoping this lady is just having a bad day and isnt being ugly or racist.... BUT!!! My mother's cup was half full, filled with cream that she requested not to have and it didn't even taste like what she ordered. If I wanted poor service, I would have gone to the dollar menu place.... I've always been told, you pay what you get... so why did we get a half cup of God knows what!?!?! Horrible service! Horrible drinks! 1st time I came I was the only costumer , the cashier took forever to take my order and took nearly an hour to get me my drink. Since she kept taking orders and not making any. My husband sometimes brings me drinks and I immediately know they are from this location because of the poor taste. I decided to give it a 2nd chance and they didn’t have any milk (they are located inside a grocery store) they were out of almost everything and all they could make were infused teas. Drinks were horrible once again. I’ve been giving this location chance after chance and every time they make my order wrong. Nobody was there to assist anyone who was wanting to buy coffee, till like 30 mins after I showed up, ordered a iced pumpkin latte and a regular latte and both were absolutely wrong . The pumpkin one was basically just syrup, it was thick too sweet and no cold foam even tho I payed for it . Just seemed like the worker tossed everything together lazily . A regular latte consists of shots and steamed milk, yet mine was just shots and milk just full to half the cup. Guess it depends which worker is actually there to do...
