The staff was nice doing his part on replacing upgrading my sim card because thats what the boost message said I had to do, so he called boost customer service and told them that the sim card did not activate the customer service told him that it would take 48-72 hours for them to fix the problem. With that being said I use my phone to clock in and out for my job, I'm hoping its solved before work Monday in which I'm scheduled. I have no way, except for my wifi at home to use my phone but at work there's no wifi. This is disappointing.
