Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

I visited with my family while passing through and needed to use the bathroom. The barista said I needed to purchase before she could give me the code to the bathroom, as I was obviously standing in line to purchase drinks with my family. Shaking her head and apologizing for the policy! I said obviously I’m going to purchase and she continued to apologize and refusing to give the code. A lasy In front of us argued that it was obvious and offered me her spot in line and we said no I can wait she the. Told the barista I was with her and sure enough they didn’t give her the code until she paid and right after someone who didn’t purchase, came in and asked for the code in which she was given the code without a purchase! DON’T STOP HERE! They also told a lady she could not stand at the counter and wait...

I love coffee and I love my starbucks coffee, except for this starbucks. Not only has the morning crew messed up my order multiple times, they have never greeted me with a warm smile. Instead of friendly chatter I receive sarcasm or am completely ignored. Their lack of positivity really ruins a morning. Their customer service is not genuine. I explained my order to the morning girls three times, instead of listening to me they proceeded to tell me what I wanted was wrong, I have NEVER had an issue with my drink order at ANY other starbucks. Needless to say they never made my drink correctly. I left annoyed and in a bad mood, and them in an annoyed bad mood. They really need to review how customer service works, especially the part where the customer is...

Always a pleasant experience here. Decent recommendations, friendly staff, it's nice to get that hometown feel in a Starbucks again, it reminds me of the days when Starbucks employees still pulled the shots, not the espresso machine with a smartphone brain.

Drinks are always the way I order them, food comes out in a reasonable time, definitely a good Starbucks experience. If there's one thing I would change, it's about all Starbucks, I feel like ordering older drinks that I have had is like a secret menu now. I can't always remember what I want, Starbucks. That's what the menu is there to tell me, not your top five...
